I ordered £2800 odd worth of lights, some of them were unsuitable but they refuse to refund me. They are impossible to get hold of, service is shoddy and once they’ve done the sale and sent you the goods, they wash their hands off anything that might come up. There is no thought of keeping customers for getting future orders. I’ll never ever use them again.

This company accepted $4455.10 for 2 chairs from me and strung me along with bogus promises. They lied and lied over chats and emails my furniture order would be delivered and attributed the delay to Arteriors, I finally called Arteriors and was told the item had been discontinued. Yet, ‘Emerson Cooke’ from Light Trends (with an address of a lighting shop in a strip mall) emailed me and assured me my two chairs had been specially reserved for me and would be shipped soon. When I finally demanded my money back via email, I received no more communication from ‘Emerson.’

I'm starting believe like many who have posted that this a poorly managed company unable to meet their customer promises. My only advice would be to find lighting products somewhere else.

Finally enquired about shipping was told it would ship Jan 13th, a Saturday lol.

Same as many of the other reviews. Placed order and received confirmation email. No further information so contacted live chat and they stated they didn't have product so refunded money they had already charged my credit card. Unable to send email as that part of their site doesn't work

I ordered a fixture
I ordered a fixture, payment was debited in full. I cancelled the order before it was shipped and was told I would get a refund. Still no refund, just a lot of bogus emails saying it will be done. This company isn’t registered with BBB and they have no phone in customer services. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING from them. They are SCAMMERS!
They Take Your Money and Don't Send Product
Order 3 pendent lights from them in Apr 2023, it is now July 2023 and they still have not been delivered. Every time I try to ask when they will be shipped they apparently just make up a date a week or two out, miss that date again, and keep on living their lives.
I would never buy anything from them, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

I didn’t realize that the 2 chandeliers I ordered were much too large for my space. My house building faced setbacks and when I tried to return them and buy something smaller, Lighttrends would not let me return them because it had been over 30 days (89 days since I ordered them). I will do business with another company.

Be prepared for terrible service if anything is defective. I purchased a gorgeous and expensive Arteriors bar cabinet thru Light Trends. It arrived reeking of diesel fuel and had moisture and ice inside. The moisture "wept" for hours. Learned their free delivery amounts to letting it side outside until they can dump it at your door. Sent photos of moisture/ice and a replacement is coming but we have to repackage and deliver it 6 floors and the replacement is just getting dumped. A luxury furniture company should not operate this way.

Do not shop at Light Trends.com before you think about buying from them, go on their site. Try and use telephone number, Live Chat, or email chat. You will find out Lighttrends does not respond. My order number 18362 has items never delivered. My order cost $5100.00 dollars. Lighttrend just gave me no other chose, but to dispute the charges. Maybe now they might think about having better customer service.
Returns may be difficult
