I have been using red light therapy for several years. I find this newsletter invaluable in educating me about all things red light. I have become more knowledgeable on best practices for safety and for getting real results. I highly recommend Light Therapy Insiders!

Trustworthy resource
This is the most detailed, impartial, well researched info available for all types of red light devices such as face masks, panels, hand-held, etc. Their spreadsheet tool is especially useful when making a purchase decision because you can sort the info based on what's most important to you, like price, power, size, warranty, etc. Cheapest isn't always the best deal.
And I appreciate the discounts they get from most of the manufacturers, usually around 5 percent, which helps fund their work.
There are also tons of articles summarizing and linking to the latest health research. This field is evolving and becoming crowded with products, and will probably consolidate over time. Right now, the choices can be confusing, and this site is free, unique and very helpful because they don't sell products, but rather, evaluate and compare them. They also have a Facebook group, YouTube channel and newsletter.

I've been a member of Light Therapy Insiders Facebook group for a couple of years. Their information is well researched, their reviews based on thorough testing, and their explanations and collation of data are easy to understand. Alex and Bart are kind, inclusive and generous with their time. Their admins and moderators are lovely and always ready to help. Alex and Bart are easy to contact in the group and quick to reply when I tag them in questions. It's a great group - they keep it friendly and spam free and are quick to remove people who don't comply with the rules. I have learnt so much about PBM and received support and clarity through the group. I am very happy I found the group, its helped me make purchase decisions from a place of understanding and confidence. Plus Alex's discount codes are a great benefit for members!
