I found the exact light fixture I was looking for on their website. I called their number to confirm any stock on hand and associated lead times. They told me that the fixtures would ship factory direct, and a 2week lead time, which I was ok with. They instructed me to place the order online to ensure prompt service.

I placed the order, and did not get any type of confirmation email. The Monday after, I called to confirm the order and ETA, which was no issue, ETA was the same. The fixtures arrived much faster than originally quoted, around 4 days from placing the order.

I was not a big fan of not receiving any confirmation email, shipping emails, etc. Luckily I printed my invoice before I closed the website. Calling them was no issue, you're connected right to a live person. It was less affirming than ordering from Amazon or a local supply house, but I would definitely order from them again.

An item was listed as in stock but over time, I found out that they were sold out of it. I had to call them twice as they didn't reach out to me. Still waiting for a refund.

Ordered (2) wall timers and it took 4 Weeks to receive. Took my payment immediately, showed an invoice, but no indication when they would be shipped. Had a UPS label created. So I assumed it was ready to ship. Nothing - no tracking number, no reply. Patiently waited 2 weeks thinking I got ripped off, Tried to contact the LightStore - busy signal, finally left 1 message no reply. Then they would not receive any messages. Could NOT contact anyone. Kept trying. After 3 WEEKS finally got thru. HADN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET. ("Needed to be received in their warehouse first") I asked when? She figured about a week. Finally received a message they were shipped. Received after 4 weeks. Never buy from them again!!!!

Good luck, 4 months and I have not received my order. They do not answer if you call.

This company has no phone service and when returning an item through email they are great with responding until you inquire about your refund status weeks after they received the returned item. Angry ghosted customer...

The remodel housing I purchased had definitely been used before, although I was told all products were brand new. The aluminum housing was damaged, and one of the pop rivets holding the light to the mounting bracket was had come undone. The rivet could have come loose in shipping (it was not well packed) but the damage to the housing appears to be from where the light was installed and then uninstalled.

The price was half that of other shops, and since I only needed the transformer, I was fine with the damage. I just wish they had told me it might have some cosmetic damage.

I bought $500 worth of stuff came in on time as ask but free shipping would of been great 3 stars for great timing and great customer service but would be nice to get free shipping on the amount of stuff I bought.
