Rod was very good at explaining and answering any questions we had. The use of equipment to practice CPR for example was very helpful and should not make it a daunting task should we need to administer it in the future.

Learning infant first aid was something I just knew I had to do after a recent experience with my son. Rod was extremely supportive, knowledgeable and helpful with the demonstrations and explaining everything. I highly recommend. I feel a lot more confident with administering first aid.
