Very unprofessional.
Not the kind of a host you'd use for a serious project - i guess it's fine for a simple experiment, but far from useable, and honestly there are even better free options.

I'd compare it to freenom - it's free and works, but very unreliable, unprofessional, and you wouldn't use it for anything real (more than just a test).

They are very unstable and take a while to resolve issues. Not even speaking of the fact they unfairly misuse their powers to ban users for no real reason other than simply not liking them.

The website is also poorly made and down a lot of the time.

But if you just need a quick way to test something, I'd say they are... functional. But i think that there are better options (free), they just require a few extra steps.
So if you can overcome the cons and just want to do a quick experiment, i think they are fine.

Owner bans you when you give criticism even when you stay polite and haven't said anything rude. Just because you get on his nerves is the literal response he gave on the server after the ban. Didn't break any of the ToS and I wanna ensure you again, I stayed being polite. Just because he thinks different then you, you get banned without a warning. But they expect you to be active and reply to every @everyone they throw at you. Then when you are active and give feedback they don't like you get banned. It's free service so don't whine is their spirit. Luckily trustpilot also rates free services. All effort you put into replying to all the kiddy @everyones is just a waste of time(so it's not free you waste your time) you are better off going to one of the other bot hosting. All sounds a bit Narcistic to me(Yes this time I'm a bit rude, with a reason).

Absolutely rubbish.
The owner discriminates against you for just being you.
When they ban you for no reason and the reason being violating ToS they just again discriminate over those kind of people the owner hates, once they banned me they were talking in the server over I would rather he’s not here.
When they send an email to you asking if you want your files back with a reference ID, they never reply it’s just a business shortcut they thought they could take.
