Hi Frederick,
We’re sorry to hear that the shipping cost affected your experience with us. We understand that shipping charges can be frustrating, especially when they add significantly to the overall cost of an order.
Shipping rates are influenced by the carrier’s current rates, package dimensions, weight, and delivery location. Carrier rates have also increased over time due to higher fuel and operating costs, which can affect shipping charges.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and understand your concern regarding the shipping cost.
