I had a coupon from a free bottle that i forgot to put in my cart. Andy gave me a hard time about sending it on so i had to refuse the delivery and place a new order for the same thing. I've given these guys lots of business over the year but boy have they gone down hill. They have so many competitors now I think this will be my last order from them.

After many back & forth emails with slow replies from the company (also them dodging the issue hence so many emails) I found out that they do not accept returns on opened products that I am unsatisfied with and, in the last email from them, they advised me to consider ordering a free sample before making any future purchases. Something felt fishy with them not responding promptly and how they worded their emails. Their website states their headquarters are located in Chicago but I wonder if they are based in China. This could be a Chinese supplement company with a facade of being an American company. From the return policy to the faulty Chicago headquarters address, they whole vibe feels deceptive. Plus, I am unhappy with the products I received but they refuse to honor a return/refund. Yes you get an order sent to you but the legitimacy of the company and quality is overall sketchy. Buyer beware, not all is what it appears to be.
