I love the refillable antiperspirent deoderant, it has a subtle scent & it works, no more throwing the plastic containers away. Happy too with the toothpaste. Good experience with customer support.

Very good quality bottle and pump. Toothpaste doesn't have an overpowering taste, very pleasant.
Leaves your mouth fresh and seems to clean well.

I recently tried the complete package.
But, to be honest, I dont really see the point of it.

I did the finger prick and the results came back so fast, which was amazing.
I can see the intolerance scores, etc, and booked the phone call right away.
The phone call was pointless though. They just read a script really quickly and the call was less than 15 mins. I just honestly felt baffled by the end it.
I have a meal plan to come, which will be useful.

The emails they send seem really vague and casual, like they are saying we are not professionals and this is only advice, so we'll take no accountability.
The follow ups might be better in the hands of actual doctors and qualified professionals.

Hmmm, maybe 2 stars is harsh, maybe it deserves 3, I guess I expected more going for the complete package.

Ultimately, its up to you what you do with the information they give you.
Stick with the basic package though. Don't pay more than you need to for this.
Lastly, if you can find this service from health care professionals, then take it, you may also find a better price if you shop around.

I haven’t had a great experience I have just been to the dentist to get my teeth out so I want to cancel my subscription as I have no teeth left .

I cancelled my subscription but they continue to charge me. I have messaged for a refund and to confirm cancellation and have received no response.

Personal choice, I found this no better that my usual toothpaste in cleaning or whitening, this just comes with a higher pricetag.

The toothbrush and toothpaste are great but they are a little bit too expensive!

I have been using Life Supplies products for a while now and have found them to be great quality. The customer service team have always been really quick to respond if I have had any questions or queries.
The toothpaste is a great flavour and cleans really well. And it’s great to know I’m not using loads of chemicals.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more natural alternative to the big commercial brands.

After several successfully fulfilled orders, which I greatly appreciated, I placed an order on 9th March expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, my order has still not arrived, and I have not received any response from LifeSupplies despite my attempts to get in touch.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to raise it with my bank. This is both disappointing and a frustrating.

Up until this present time, I would have given them 4 stars as the toothpaste is great, although they obviously had trouble with the bottles the first time round, and I had a long wait for the redesigned one to arrive. However, the new one has been nothing but trouble, and now the pump has stopped working completely. The new one also has a very narrow neck, so I can't get my toothbrush in to obtain the toothpaste. That would have been a bit messy, but at least I wouldn't have a useless toothpaste-filled bottle sitting on my shelf, while I now have to revert to a tube from the supermarket.
My biggest gripe is the lack of communication.. 3 emails and no reply. I had to Google to find that they are currently not in business while they are working on something new (presumably another bottle that may or may not work)
I shall be cancelling and finding another supplier. All it needed was a reply to my email, but leaving me stranded with no info gets them a lack of stars.
I haven't been asked for a review, but I hope they may see this and contact me, as I am at my wits' end trying to get hold of them to sort it

My husband and I have been using the deodorant and toothpaste for well over a year now and have found them to be both effective and easy with regard to refills. I have been using tooth whitening gel recently and the dentist warned me about hypersensitivity so I switched to the sensitive formula, which worked very well for me and I was also pleased to find I prefer the taste. Having had some issues with the ordering/ subscription process recently, which was entirely my own fault, I can say that the customer service is absolutely excellent- something I find very rare these days. But, above all, I love the feel-good factor of buying from a company with such a strong eco- conscious ethos and take pleasure in recommending them.

The toothpaste itself is great, although expensive, so two stars for that. But the website and the admin are a shambles. Since I've had a subscription I've had to contact the company on several occasions - the dispenser didn't work and I had to wait months until the 'new and improved' version was supplied (it's not much better); there was no way to change the product on the website and I had to email so that they could change it; the sensitive toothpaste took ages to come into stock, and on my most recent order the website said it was delivered (and my money had been taken 17 days ago) when in fact they have just confirmed that it had in fact gone out of stock again. And they take ages to reply to any contact - I had to go to PayPal to get a refund. So now I have run out of toothpaste, and I've cancelled my subscription. What a pity; a good product let down by shabby service.

They were unable to/refused to cancel an order I made by mistake. Then a couple of months later they attempted to send me a REPEAT order - for the product I didn't want - based on a repeat I had established for a completely different product!
Very poor customer service. Avoid them.

I was contacted by Farrida who offered an apology, a refund and expedited my order. Looking forward to being able to ditch the big brand tube again!

Sadly, it’s been a mixed experience. Love the concept and the toothpaste. Has some issues with the original bottle, which was replaced several times. The new bottle works just fine but there was a problem with my initial order and by the time it was resolved, my chosen colour (and the one I’d ordered) was unavailable.
The main problem has been the delivery of refills though. I ordered a six month supply on 11th Feb as it showed in stock (unlike some of the other refills). Unfortunately, it was out of stock too. I contacted via email and Instagram on 17th Feb and was told that it would be back in stock on the 18th. The founder’s email on the 22nd Feb said orders would be shipped out within 3-5 days, and “it should be with you within the week”. It’s now 3rd March and my order hasn’t even shipped, let alone arrived. I’ve contacted them via email and Instagram asking for an update but haven’t received a reply. It’s disappointing as the product is great, but the customer service is letting them down 😕

...Edit 4.4.26, the bottle pump no longer comes back up by itself, you have to manually pull it... I had one of the older bottles but found it stopped pumping after a short time (about a month or 2). Was given one of the new frosted ones but exactly the same thing has now happened. I also gave feedback about the fact that the refills contain too much toothpaste but those remain the same. Since the toothpaste is thick, as you would expect it to be, the bottle stops pumping out toothpaste while it still has a fair bit in because it's not in the right bit of the base. Because the refill contains the same volume as the bottle will hold you squeeze the refill in but can't fit it all in because of the bit that remains in the bottle, so you end up with a bit left over in the refill that you have to manage, either using it up before using the bottle again, or keeping it by until you've used enough from the bottle to get the remainder in. Such as shame as we love the flavour of the toothpaste, and how well the toothpaste performs, but I've cancelled our subscription as the pump doesn't work, and even if it did, it's just too much hassle refilling the bottle and having some left over.

The taste is nice and minty I think £24.50 for 1 sachet of toothpaste and a free bottle a bit to expensive.

Unfortunately very poor customer experience. They encourage a subscription model but only remind customers of their upcoming order at very short notice, making it almost impossible to reschedule. This has happened to me a couple of times, which is very frustrating. The kicker is that I have also received e-mails from the company saying there are stock issues. So they have taken my payment, not allowed me to reschedule my order when I logged into my account soon after being e-mailed, and I also have not received an order (which I don't want) nearly three weeks later.
Customer service takes days to respond and does not appear to read customers' emails.
The bottle pump dispenser is also of poor quality. The tube inside that draws up the product has cracked despite very careful use so it's really difficult to get any toothpaste out. The company does not seem to provide or sell replacement parts despite ostensibly being environmentally friendly.
