I purchased 20 replacement slats after receiving some samples. These were for a bathroom, so needed to be water/condensation resistant and block out light. I used the measuring instructions which were easy to follow. The slats arrived within 7 days. The quality is better than expected. They came with the weights already included and no chains (as requested). The finish much better than previous slats as both ends and weights neatly sealed. I definitely would thoroughly recommend this company.

Particularly liked the option to have the metal ball chain option.

I bought 22 replacement drops for an old vertical blind to replace the drops that had deteriorated.
Ordering was simple and they arrived within a week. The quality is fantastic and they came with the weights, chains and hangers. All for a great price. I would thoroughly recommend lifestyle blinds. 5 stars.

Bought what I thought was an electric no drill blind as I’ve had problems before drilling through the upper recess - instead I ordered an electric blind which I had to drill, but fortunately I avoided the lintel (no fixings included). I emailed LB and a very helpful Naomi emailed me more information. When installed the blind fits very neatly in the recess and with no mechanism showing - the blind body is very sturdy (extruded aluminium) with clever concealed clips holding the blind in place. I did have to reset the blind and control a few times before it operated but there are instructions which detail this (have a paper clip ready or tooth pick ready). From ordering the blind took two weeks to be delivered.

I cannot recommend Lifestyle Blinds enough. There was an unforeseen issue with my order which was very quickly resolved in a polite, timely and efficient manner by the excellent Customer Support team who kept me regularly updated throughout the process.

The blinds are of a very high quality and look great. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my family and friends.

I ordered 26 replacement slats for my vertical blinds. The price was great and the product is excellent! I would definitely recommend them!

Phoned to check that our chosen blinds were in stock (ready for cutting) before ordering, then ordered. Order and delivery within 5-7 working days confirmed by Vanessa. Just received an email to say that in fact our chosen blinds are NOT in stock and so order will be very delayed. Unimpressed given that they took our money in full on the promise that we would have them by a certain date. Phoned customer services who told us that they don't handle the complaints and to write it in an email. Previous emails have been unanswered! The company clearly promises the world before taking your money and only then admits that they never had the stock in the first place. Avoid at all costs unless you can afford to have wasted a lot of money on a broken promise.

Their customer service is excellent and they were very helpful when I had an issue with my order but the blind I purchased is already broken beyond at-home-repair.

The brush tape that sits inside the track has already come off (less than 4 weeks) and it went inside the cartridge when I retracted the blind. Now when I pull it down it catches and the edges of the blind are folded, creased, and wavy.

I thought I was being clever by not going direct to the manufacturer but wish I had now.

I'm alarmed by the word 'lifestyle', but I found that they offered what I wanted at the best price I could find, so I bravely disregarded my qualms.

The company proved to be first-class: they have very clear ordering and delivery procedures, and they were highly responsive to my concern about how long the delivery was taking - a pleasant phone call, followed by a personalised email: either outstandingly good employees or worryingly good AI.

The product itself has surpassed my expectations: impressive design, quality and ease of use.

My only worry was the instruction leaflet. No-one should ever be subjected to a sentence like: 'Insert the blind over the bracket pin'. I don't think was written in English as a foreign language, but it did fail to clarify certain key concepts.

[If anyone from the company is reading this, I would enjoy the challenge of re-writing it (at no charge!). More words are needed, but there's plenty of space on the page.]

Their website was very user friendly and informative, helping to select the right blinds. It took around a week for the blinds to arrive. Very easy to put together. Customer service was also great! When checking out, it doesn't give you an estimated delivery date, so when I messaged to ask, I had an email back the next day to let me know.

Delighted with my rigid replacement slats for my vertical blinds. They arrived quickly unfortunately I had one damaged and had miscounted the number required by 2. Absolutely no problem contacted customer service and 3 new slats despatched at no extra cost and they are up looking gorgeous one week later. Excellent customer service and after care highly recommend would definitely use again.

Ordered 3 blinds all different sizes for new kitchen and all fitted perfectly. Slight issue with one motor was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Naomi. Great customer service. Happy to buy again for guest bedroom with simple remote control - not app for visitors!

I have had a very positive experience when ordering replacement blinds to fit my existing track. The website has lots of helpful info to make your choice easier. I particularly liked the ratings they give for various climate control aspects as I really need blinds to reduce solar glare and heat in the summer. They arrived in a timely manner, were well packaged and extremely easy to fit to my existing track. I will be ordering from them again.

Reviewed last week. It's gone for some reason. Poor quality materials. After sales awful. Will I buy again! Let me think about that - NOPE!!!

I had several contacts with the company before buying 4 Dakea blinds. Jake was excellent on all of these occasions - giving advice about the actual product and then invaluable advice about how to install the blinds. Nothing was too much trouble. The blinds are excellent quality and very good value for money. Also very easy to install - once I had followed the advice!

The pulley seems too flimsy to last long but the fabric and runners seem normal quality. The mechanism makes a grinding noise, not sure if normal for the price. But the main problem is the first blind of six I picked to try and fit was too long as they added 4cm to it, so it won't slide across the window and just stays stick at one side. I won't try the others or they may say I've invalidated a warranty or something.
