Water test strips showed less quality…

Water test strips showed less quality water after changing the filters. Scarry. For $3,000 I would have expected better.

Also, the tech left the old filter clips in the street. I threw them away to avoid any tire issues from passing cars.

Quick process

On time, left area neat and clean when finished quick process. I have one issue to resolve that occurred afterward. Shower has very little water pressure.

Regarding the shower pressure issue, our team did reach out and discussed that this appeared to be isolated to one showerhead, which you had planned to remove and clean. That was over three weeks ago, and we haven’t heard back since.

Replacement cartridge and scaling

Replacement cartridge done on time and per request. Advice and follow through from the office with some scaling in master bathroom shower was appreciated and solved.

Decades of LifeSource Water

I have used the LifeSource water system for decades. The system works incredibly well, with no problems whatsoever.
The LifeSource Water team members are excellent! The whole experience has been nothing but great. Kudos to the entire crew at LifeSource. Well done!

Great service from the appointment to the install

A friendly phone call to let me know what we needed, then a all the great follow up emails to make sure we were ready. Then the install was easy and quick.

We didn’t know what to expect when…

We didn’t know what to expect when LifeSource and 2 guys
Arrived to install the tanks!!
Well let me tell you, Ryan and Joe Garcia were so courteous, knowledgeable and had great work ethics.
We were notified when the water would be turned off and for how long.Ryan told us when the water was turned on and that the installation was complete.

They than explained the system and what to do if some thing goes wrong.

Thanks to Life Source Water, and two great Guys we now have great tasting water and softer water to do
laundry. No more bottled water!!

THE WORST-LIFE SOURCE

THE WORST! A company that does not know what it is doing! Didn’t turn on system for 4 months and gave us the run around as to what the problem was without physically checking it out. NOTHING they said was true, they didn’t solve any water issues. The new company laughed at their work and was shocked at the price of a NO RESULT system. Don’t waste your time or energy, they are worthless. The company amounts to going out and resourcing someone else’s system and slapping their sticker on it without any knowledge of what they are doing! Fact check me, I have pictures, receipts from other company’s trying to correct what they installed at no avail. I have been talking to our lawyers about a law suit, it’s that bad of an install and over sell and under delivered piece of a crap product!

While I cannot speak to the work of another company, I want to ensure we thoroughly review your installation and service history to determine where things may have gone wrong. If there was any oversight on our part, we will make it right. Our installers spend quite a bit of time discussing our system and how it works and would never leave without making sure the system is running properly.

Great Water System!

The water in Folsom is okay but it’s very hard and has chlorine. Our new LifeSource water system changed that. The water is clean and filtered in every part of our home. We stopped using our hand held filter pitcher…we don’t need it!
Our sales rep was Brian Pease. He really knows everything about the system and talked to us without any pressure. The company has been around a long time too…over 40 years. If you’ve been thinking about a water system with fresh tasting water and no chlorine to stress your skin and hair, I’d give them a call!

A healthier choice

My wife and I are very happy with our Lifesource Water System. The water taste much much better and is so much cleaner. Brian was great to work with and answered all of our questions throughout the process. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone with health concerns or want to live a healthier lifestyle.
