Ongoing problems…. Horrible communication from this company. I ordered filters 7 months ago now (needed new filters after 4-5 months of use because our original sale person sold us the wrong filters for our well….) first set “went missing” in transit.
Re-ordered filters, two months later receive 4/5 filtered that were ordered, called and was told the last one “shipped separately” but it actually was never shipped. Never even had that one in stock. This is SEVEN MONTHS later and the filter is still not in stock, I was never told there would be a delay, I’ve called/texted several times and am getting the run-around or no response at all. Absolutely horrible customer service and I’m seriously regretting spending so much money (or any money at all) on this machine with this company. I’ve been super patient up until now.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM unless you are prepared for months of frustrating/lack of communication, incorrect/unfulfilled orders, and smelly water!

The initial product is great. But now the customer service is absolutely terrible. I placed an order on 7/30 and didn’t receive the product till 10/7. Additionally the wrong product was sent and my bank account was charged $90 over what they invoiced me for.
I have emailed and called with numerous people within the company and they always direct me to someone else who “handles that issue”
As of right now I still don’t have a remedy, I have a product that I didn’t order and don’t need and they refuse to refund my account.

Brad was great at clarifying what filters I needed to order to keep my ionizer working well. He called me back in a timely manner also.

Ricardo is a genius and super helpful. My machine was not working for 3+ months and I thought I would have to send it out to get it repaired. Nope! Only spent 2-3 minutes troubleshooting with no issues

My agent totally understood how frustrated I was and he quickly remedied my need for a power cord for my machine!! He’s a keeper!!! None of us want to talk to AI!

It was a great pleasure speaking on the phone and getting the information and equipment/material that I needed in a timely manner. I like it when I can speak with someone who is courteous and knowledgeable about what they are selling and providing. Definitely recommend them for all of your, alkaline water and filter needs

Our daughter recently purchased a Life Ionizer Machine and she brought some water over to her father and I. My husband was going out of town and he took the water with him. When he returned from his business trip, he said “I drank so much of that water and I noticed I did NOT have to stop to urinate much, so I guess I absorbed it”. He then said that when he left the house he had a backache, when he returned his backache was gone, even after driving 500 miles and sitting in conference meetings. We all know hydration is the key to curing many health problems, and it appears there is no faster way to hydrate than consuming Life Ionizer water. We look forward to purchasing our own unit in the near future.

One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed is the improvement and my overall health from drinking water that has been thoroughly filtered. I just ordered new filters from Brad. I have had my M13 for more than 10 years. When I travel and don’t have access to my alkaline water, I cannot quench my thirst. I was diagnosed with cancer in October 2011. My oncologist provided a gallon of water every day until I got my own machine. I love making ice cubes with alkaline water. They are so clean! And alkaline water makes the best coffee and tea. Brad in customer service is so helpful. He offered an upgrade from my M13 but it works perfectly still after 10 years. I’ve only had to send it in one time a couple years ago, and they serviced it and sent it back very quickly. I provide alkaline water to my son and his family. They tell me I have turned them into water snobs because they won’t drink anything else. We even carry our own water bottles into restaurants.

Bradley walked me through the cleaning process on the machine and was genuinely excited to hear my recent PET Scan results - cancer cells are dead! Clean water - physically and spiritually (go Jesus) is sustaining me as I heal!

I’ve been using Life Ionizer’s products since the early 2000s, and have gone through several units (simply due to wanting an upgrade and getting the latest features) - Life is one of the best ionizer companies for a reason.

They’re always ahead of the curve with technology and new filtration types, and I’ve had noticeable benefits since starting to drink alkaline water almost 20 years ago. My recovery from working out is improved and it seems that I stay “hydrated” longer. Some rashes I had have also disappeared over the years.

I’m absolutely in love with the MXL13 and would highly recommend it to any family or friends.

Once i educated myself on the importance of water, and started doing research, that's when i discovered life ionizers. I couldn't be any happier with this product, HIGHLY recommend. The water literally looks, smells and tastes cleaner. It's so good we have friends and family filling up jugs lol. I recommend the triple filter system WITH the ionzers, thats what we use. We use it for drinking, and cooking, have been for almost 2 years now. Brad is always available to answer questions. I live in Canada and had issues with my order. No questions, they resolved the issue and accommodated me for my inconvenience. I'll never go back to regular water again, and I'll never buy any other product but Life brand!!!
