Have had this Ionizer filtration system since 2018, but 2025, has been a terrible year for ordering filters and parts that have taken months and still not received it! Not able to drink filtered water! Makes you wonder about your choices when you buy a reputable filtration system!

Me and my family love this, it is amazing when you wake up at 3am with a mouth like the Sahara and you can pour yourself a glass of this beautiful crisp and cold water. It also amazing for cooking my pasta turns out so much better with this water and everything else I’ve cooked with it. My laundry is also so clean and much softer with this water if you aren’t using this you are missing out!

We’ve had this water filtration system for a few years and it is amazing! The purified water has helped with my allergies and saved me from going to buy heavy cases of water. Having it under our sink is so convenient. We recently ordered replacement filters and it was efficient and easy. Just helped my friend get a system too!

When I called to update my system, they were very pleasant and helped me in a timely manner. My system is back running great again.

Great alkalizer machines. Best way 2 have healthy water. Buying a second unit. Long wait time for delivery. Was promised 0%, 4 a new machine didnt happen. Appreciate Riccardo, the technicians longevity in the company, skill, helpfulness, and professionalism. He is fixing up 1st unit to donate to friend w cancer. But
general customer service needs much improvement.

I just completed another order for replacement filters on my MXL-15. Brad was my initial contact and he was my representative today as well. Brad was very personable and took the time to reiterate a few things for me. My MXL-15 is a leader in the water ionizer market. Thank you Brad for your assistance this evening.

Was apparently the only one working. Said he'd call me back in 8 minutes. Not sure it even took 8 minutes. The customer service is fine. I'm looking at the math though and I'm not sure the product is worth the money I spent almost $1600.00 on the unit and then I have to spend nearly $400.00 on the replacement filters. That's close to $2000.00 for the 2 years I've owned it. I am unsure if I should have waited so long. I think they recommend back when I bought it 6-12 months for replacement of filters. It seems that the machine tells you when to replace and it stops producing water when the filtration is up. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to wait or not, but I did. Now I have to wait like 3 weeks to get my filters. I do wish I'd have known this before as I may have just ordered the replacement filters with the unit so I would not have to wait more the the 24 hours it takes to clean the system (oh, and you have to purchase two cleaning filters for this process). I have found their customer service to be very good. Which is one thing I find missing from most companies these days. I own the system and will continue to use it. But I may also begin to look into others to see a price comparison. Which is something I probably should have done first. Again my only complaint is the expense. I do suppose im still ahead because I don't have to travel to get the water, and I don't have to store the containers or have what would be a much bulkier system as well. I'm not unhappy though this may sound like it, just wasn't prepared to spend close to $400.00 on replacement filters.

I have had reverse osmosis systems and spent a quarter of that. My wonder/question is could it possibly cost 4 times this to add back in the alkaline and to ionize the water. If I went to a water store often times it doesn't cost more and if it does it's not 4 times the cost to me. All in all, the system seems to do what it says and again I'm not completely dissatisfied, I just think that they should offer something in the way of a discount up front to buy extra filters with the machine so I wouldn't be without the water for 3 weeks.

I also purchased the above counter portion of which I believe cost another $300.00+ any is nice but that makes it over the 2k that I've had to spend. I can appreciate the convenience of it but, I can only find that as the benefit. And since I live in a small town that's worth it ultimately.

In closing, I'd say it's worth looking into other systems and if what I said as far as expense turns out to be beneficial. Then by all means. Purchase one. I have to purchase two more systems and will myself be doing far more research before I purchase another one.

In summation, the customer service was great; thank you Brad for sending the alkaline water pitcher to me as a perk, to help with the wait for my filters. Not crazy about the price point. I do hope they work on that, is all.

Was having an issue with my new filters being replaced. I called and the tech guy was unavailable. I called back and Brad was able to help me with it! Thanks for the speedy help!

Ricardo with technical support is a joke.
He doesn't recall a conversation with you even from the previous day. My machine will not turn on. After talking with Ricardo, he was supposed to send a return label that took over a week to be emailed. After I sent the machine back and received it once it was supposedly fixed, it still would not turn on. I talked to Ricardo once again and of course he still did not remember me, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Claiming they absolutely fixed it. He then hung up on me. I've had trouble with this company from the beginning. First, they were backordered on the faucet. Which resulted in them giving me my next year's filters for free once my filters were due to be changed. But that never happened because of course Ricardo didn't recall the conversation or make a note on my file. Then once again when my 4 thousand dollar paperweight broke this same tech said he would credit filters. Again he forgot and surprise, no filters. So now I have to send it back again and be without my machine for another 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GET ANOTHER BRAND. I wish I could get my money back.
EDIT- After speaking with Brad, he assures me my case will get resolved this time. I've been advised to keep the machine on a surge protector and not just a dedicated gfci. Apparently the boards are sensitive. The only gripe with that is if the board was replaced when I returned it, then at the very least it should have turned on when I plugged it in. It also has a fuse next to the power supply that remains intact. Nevertheless I will take Brad at his word and update/edit this post once I receive my machine and filters back.

I have had the MXL 11 for almost 7 years now, and still loving it. This is an awesome machine.

I became a dealer for Life Ionizers in 2009 and was very satisfied with the products and customer service but now they refuse to pay me my commission, return my phone calls, and provide my customers with upgraded products which they paid for. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs!!! They finally paid me my full commission after several attempts to pay me less than my full commission which I wouldn't accept. The manager Brad lied to me numerous times and it took them nearly half a year to pay me. They only paid me if I promised to delete my 1 star review so I gave them a 2 star review.

Staff is not returning calls after 2 days requesting assistance in obtaining replacement filters.

We’ve enjoyed our Life Ionizer for a few years now and trust it provide purified water for our family. Any time we need to order replacement filters or have a question, the people their are always friendly and helpful.

We have had our Ionizer for over 10 years and LOVE IT! It has made a Huge Difference in our joints, especially with working out with Weights!!
