I’ve finally had my mortgage offer come through and it’s all thanks to Life Financial Solutions. I was previously using another broker at L&C mortgages who despite me submitting all the documents needed to obtain a mortgage were unable to secure me a mortgage. They had me waiting for most of this year before finally disclosing that due to their own negligence of failing to submit a requested document, they had actually lost me the mortgage that I had applied for. I was devastated as during this time interest rates had gone up meaning that the mortgage product I had been offered no longer existed. Life Financial Solution stepped in to the rescue and after me giving them the exact same documents managed to secure me a mortgage offer in only a couple of weeks.
