They deceive and don’t hold up on their promises of refund! They don’t even deserve a 1 star! Fraudulent!

I have been taking you male enhancement product for 2 weeks and have noticed zero improvement what so ever. I would not recommend any of your products to anyone. I was charged $355.33 and I want my money back last 4 numbers are 5903.

This company does not honor the 30 day warranty period even after giving me the date it was to be returned by. When I called within the given date to return Gluco Balance, I was told that because my order was promotional there was no warranty, even tho I had spoken with 2 other agents concerning the warranty previously and was never told that. First they said 30 days after the delivery date, the next time it was after the order date even tho it took 10 days to get my order, cutting my warranty period almost in half. They have no working email and they had no supervisors I could talk to. I would give them NO STARS if I could. It screams of SCAM!

This is scary. I received a package in the mail. I opened it thinking it was a supplement for my dogs. It turned out to be 5 bottles of CBD gummies I did not order!!!! It was billed to my Amazon credit card for $198. I called the credit card company and disputed the charge. Of course they have to cancel your card so you have to wait for a new one!! How the blazes did they get my cc number? They are a fraud and should be reported. Btw the gummies bottles are written in Spanish which sends up red flags to me immediately. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM LIFE SUPPORT LABS and report any unsolicited packages that come in the mail.

Refused order and it was sent back unopened. After 2 weeks they sent $158.00, order was $198.00 refunded the money they took They charged me $8 restocking fee for 5 bottles that i did not order in the first place. They are committing fraud. They need to be shutdown.

This company is a genuine FRAUD....PLAIN AND SIMPLE.. I WAS CHARGED $254.00 and i did not order anything. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING.

I received a product that I did not order. The GLUCO balance blood sugar Support somehow gets worked in to the order almost like a flash. I saw it, and I backed off to go to what I was trying to order which was an herbal formula to help improve sight. This is the second time this has happened to me. So I know it’s a scam. It is not fair to slip an order in under somebody else’s product. I want to know how to return this product get refunded. Like I said this is the second time this has happened to me. So please direct me to the address. I need to return this. I have the original packaging thank you Athena Bright.

I don't want there products anymore, the lied to me about what I ordered! I'm calling the BBB they wouldn't let me return it, and if I find out they are taking money out of my account...I'm suing them!

i ordered i bottle and was sent $316.08 of this item. as stated here this is a fraud want my money back in full.how to return bottles so let me know soon as possible

I received 2 bottles of Male Performance Gummies that were all MELTED together.
Not only did I get an obviously beyond shelf life but the product did NOTHING In any performance capacity.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!

They are fraud Do not order from this company....i ordered buy 2 get to free ad they charged me for 4 bottles....Did not return my full refund after I canceled order and they sent it anyway...payed to return package and they did not refund me my full amount....charged me 40.00 restocking fee....Spoke to 3 different girls, Lola, Shimeka, & Kyra on 3 separate occasions.. When I called I was told by all 3 that I would receive full refund .....Do not order from this company...They will take money from you any way they can....

This is not a company you want to deal with. The customer service is horrible and they just do not care about the customer. I ordered something for my enlarged prostate and I received something called Gluco Balance, when I called to say I received the wrong product, Abby the customer service rep told me that the product they sent will also work for my prostate. I asked Abby if she would give me a return authorization number. She said the product has to be returned on my dime. I asked for the address and she still has not sent that (it is February 17, 2026).

The other issue was billing. On the internet it stated buy one get one free. The cost should have been $57.40 but I was charged $114,80. This money was taken out of my account within minutes of placing my order. My bank sends me alerts. I called the company and asked why they took out 114.80 and Tiffany tried to tell me that I read it all wrong. There no such deal. I called back and complained, the person I spoke with said she has put through a refund of 57.40 already. I was not happy at all dealing with this company. Such companies do not succeed because their motto is "one and done". I will alert everyone seal with this company at your own risk. Better yet stay away from them as much as possible.

This company cheats people. My son is partially blind. They advertised a product which indicated improved sight if taken. My poor child is in his prime age and thought this product may give him some hope. Never received anything until Feb. 26 3026. The order was placed on Dec 22 2025 and paid U.S$351.89 and now reading all reviews, I am sorry they should be shut down by Govt. I hope you will give my money back at this point. Bad people. I will process a complaint thru resp Govt Agencies.

I also had $119 taken out of my account. When I called they said I had signed up a subscription which I was not made aware of. When I spoke first time, because was billed higher than actual cost nothing was said. She made it sound like I agreed to higher price but finally agreed to reduce it.

This second order under the guise of subscription, was told I could not return any of the products and they would fight any stop payment. Stay away as they are scamming customers.

Do not do business with this company. They are absolutely horrible. They sent me a supplement that I did not order. They send a glucose and cholesterol reducing supplement. I thought I was buying a lung cleanse supplement. They refuse to let me return the product for a refund stating this one would also work to clear my lungs. I do not have issues with blood sugar or cholesterol and felt this supplement may harm me. They didn’t care, still refused saying I bought on a promotion. Absolutely horrible company to do business with.
