I suffered with chronic back pain for years. Jayne helped me both manage this pain and keep walking whilst I waited for an operation. She is now helping my body to recuperate and rebuild muscle tone. My husband also uses the practice, particularly when he has overdone the sports and gardening. I cannot recommend it enough.

I am an 82 year old woman who has led a very active and accident prone life, resulting in Jayne "putting me back together" many, many times. Her treatment has evolved over the years and has become very subtle and gentle. She is equally adept at traditional osteopathy and cranio sacral osteopathy.

I have been a patient at Lichfield Osteopaths virtually since they first opened and have always experienced first class treatment. Over the years I have been treated by almost all of the Osteopaths but most recently I have been seeing David Brown. He is an excellent practitioner who quickly identifies my issues and treats them very effectively. He also takes the time to answer by health questions and suggests useful exercises that enhance my recovery from my various back and neck issues.

I have been a patient of this practice for more years than I care to remember always finding the treatments superb. The gentle caring hands have helped relieve my many aches and pains thus helping me resist having to resort to harsh pain killing drugs for which I’m eternally grateful.

Over many years, my beaten-up body has been revitalised by the wonderful team at LOP. The gentle care I have received from Jayne, Fiona, and now Anna Ross has been effective and inspiring, and I also have been given exercises to do at home. On arrival at the practice, you are met by the friendliest receptionist - Mal-who puts you at ease immediately. The COVID protection is excellent. I recommend this practice with all my heart, and know that if you need help, this is certainly the place to go to.

The level of care and professionalism is second to none. Since I first visited 23 years ago with my new baby for cranial treatment for him after a difficult birth this practice has been my family’s first choice for osteopathy. My frozen shoulder was fixed here as well as knee problems and a wrist injury. I can’t recommend them highly enough for achieving lasting results within a friendly and nurturing environment.
