Prompt and very helpful when I ran into a issue

I had difficulty installing the app, and David from License Tom spent an hour patiently helping me step by step. I have rarely had such excellent customer service. Bravo for having such wonderful customer service. Oh, and the app works great too!

The initial install went very well and when I have to reinstall my office due to a failed hard drive License Tom was very understanding and helped me out,

Wow. I sent a message and received a reply within minutes! That is surprising these days. David was specific and helpful to solve my problem immediately. If this is the way they respond to all inquiries, I can only say wow again! I would not hesitate to use it again.

I am so happy that I found License Tom. The price is perfect! I am a nursing student and needed word for my essays. He was able to walk me through the steps by providing a step by step detailed email showing to the instructions. I am so happy I made this purchase.

I encountered a problem, and David from customer service team was very quick to resolve it. Pleasantly surprised as I did not expect such a quick resolution/ response.

I accidentally purchased the wrong version of office Windows vs. Mac, and David the rep helping me was extremely quick to respond and resolve my issue, providing me a free exchange of office windows for Mac! I was able to resolve in the matter of a few hours with David, whereas I'm sure other companies might have taken, days or weeks to exchange or issue a refund. Additionally, it is so nice to be going back and forth with what appears to be a person instead of a bot. Really appreciate the support on the site.

i recently bought a license through License Tom and had a great experience. The original buy was beyond smooth. The license was emailed to me super quickly. I needed some help with the setup and they responded to my email in record time. Overall my experience has been fantastic and I have already referred them to a few people. I had problem with install. david took care of me. I'm new with ipad and imac and wow Dave so supportive and responsed with all emails. i finally got it running on my ipad.
