Poor quality! Paid for fast delivery and it took 1,5 month to arrive

Love the clothing I received, I must say I was leary...but received my dress in about 4 weeks...love it

Cheap plastic-like fabric. Impossible return policy. The company refused to refund my product. Offered 10% refund only.

Horrible! I ordered a cute tie die sweater and it came 5 months later and when I got it I started crying. It looked like a cheep Halloween costume my grandma got from Walmart. It’s a scam, scam, scam!!!

Less than zero. I ordered in April. Part of the order came in late July and half was missing. They will not respond to my email. What did come was horrible quality. BEWARE!

Scam scam scam! The items took 60 days to arrive. Looked like Walmart Halloween costumes and that is being kind. Items were shipped from Illinois but had to be shipped back to Dubai. Extremely expensive. Still have not received a refund. Company tried to get me to keep the items for a 25% refund.

If i could give zero stars I would, the advertised picture looked like a soft sweater and sweat pants and what arrived 3 months later looks like a poor attempt at a Halloween costume. Horrendous quality if you’re thinking of ordering anything from here dont.

I received two dresses which were nothing compared to the advertised dresses I am a size 8 and I ordered small and they wouldn’t fit a child.
The quality is substandard nylon material and the seams are frayed.
I have tried contacting this company to no response so now I am hoping Pay Pal will work on my behalf.

This is a scam website. I had received 2 out of 3 of my items in about 1.5 months time. The two items of clothing I received had no resemblance to what I ordered. When I complained about how preposterous the items they sent were, they responded a few times asking for me to forgive them and that they would try to do better. They also sent me an address in Dubai to return the items while I had to pay for shipping and tracking. They offered 25% refund initially, then a $75 refund though PayPal (The order was over $100). They never ever addressed the fact that there was a dress just missing altogether. In the end, PayPal had to get my money back. They have a website that ever so often goes out of commission and they put out a brand new catalogue of clothing offered. The website is down today and hopefully for good. Clearly a scam site. Please don't waste your time and money.

Complete con- spent loads of money and 5 months later receive items I didn’t order. Customer service is AWFUL still can not get my money back.

Possibly the worst company ever. DO NOT BUY FROM LICALA. I ordered May 16th , still don't have my complete order. I have contacted the company several times. Part of my order came in today. It would fit a small child. ( barely) I'm a small person and ordered up a size. Terrible quality , I have waited for 3 months !!!!!

Don’t do it. Cheap quality. Overpriced. Clothes too small. Try to return you say? Return label says Alabama but you mail to Malaysia. Costs more to send than the overpriced items.
Big mistake! Learn from mine. What you see is NOT what you get!!!

Where were these reviews when I placed my order months ago?!?! The clothes I FINALLY received are a joke! Not the quality or fit shown in pics on their website. Total waste of $255.

Zero stars but you are required to leave one. Company is a scam. The dresses are made from low quality nylon or polyester NOT cotton mix like stated on their site. They bear no resemblance. At one point the website was taken down but has returned. On PayPal the email adresses are different than what is on their site if you try to contact them. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Absolutely awful. Do not buy from this company. A complete scam. I worry now how they must treat their workers. I ordered two dresses (over 80€ in total) and waited over six weeks. No replies to my emails. I eventually reported them to paypal and that is when they answered asking me to be patient as one of the dresses was still in the factory. I said no and repeated my request for a refund. They ignored this and eventually sent two dresses that are not what I ordered. They are revolting. They bear no resemblance to the dresses on the website, in terms of style, fabric. I can not wear them. I have been robbed and there is nothing I can do about it. This company should be taken down. Buyer beware!

Item came 2 months later after we paid express shipping. The Item was not the size we order, we asked for refund and they never responded our emails.

Almost 2 months later, I've yet to receive my order. 1 dress has thankfully just be refunded for some reason but I'm still on hold for the other 2. When I ordered, I double checked the return policy. It has now changed and the dresses I've ordered are no where to be found on the site. I have a really bad feeling... Don't order from them.

Terrible. The clothes are appalling quality, they made it very difficult to return it and only offered me a small refund and i am still waiting for it to come to my account. This is basically a fraudulent company that is misrepresenting their clothes to consumers and is clearly not trading honestly - i would avoid them at all costs.

Received a very poor quality copy of the dress pictured. Took well over a month to arrive. Although package came from China, return address in Dubai (the most expensive postal destination) is given. Avoid.
