LibroWorld is so easy to deal with! I mistakenly ordered 2 copies of the same book on a very large order. I realized it only when checking the receipt after the order was placed and being filled. I sent a request to LibroWorld to see if it was possible to correct the order, and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY, and issued the refund the same day! This is just one example of many that I've had with this company in which they have provided OUTSTANDING customer service that is so rare in today's world! LibroWorld is AWESOME!!!!

This is my second order so I don’t have much experience with Libro World. However, my first order was delivered within the predicted timeframe and secured in an heavy duty envelope. The LibroWorld ordering process is easy to use and fast.

Timely, quality product

Ordered a book at the end of June and only just got it because my order status changed only a few days ago to "shipped". I contacted them through the in website messaging board, didn't hear anything. I emailed them, didn't hear back. I then called to ask about the status of my order cause I had moved at the end of July. Needless to say, the order arrived at the end of August when I checked the tracking number. It was at my old place for over a month and had to contact my old landlord. Not happy cause of the lack of communication.

The 16th of July I ordered a coloring book for my mother. I still have the email where it showed I placed the order and a receipt where I paid for it. I click on the check status of my order and it days waiting to be filled. I've tried emailing this place as well as call, and I've gotten no where. I will be doing a dispute for my money back thru PayPal. I wouldn't recommend this site all

Order $25.46 placed June 26th and today July 24th. No book and zero return calls and emails. Will contact my credit card to report.

Item never delivered. No response to emails.

Placed an order on 12-03-2023, for several books. Today is January 19 2024 still have not received my order. I have emailed them twice and advised them of the situation, and of course according to them it was the Post Office’s fault. They want me to create an account and password to reorder, I didn’t have to do that to place my original order and I’m not going to do that now.
Check there reviews several customers have never received their orders.
My advice “Never Order Anything From Them “ Bad Bad Bad Company

i Paid for my delivery item but they never sent it. these companies nowqdays will keep your money and not give you what you paid for !

The company having a great selection of materials is very helpful. I only wish that the wait time before I received what I ordered could have been shortened.
