These clips DO NOT suit all hair types! I have fine hair and they don't hold it in place at all. I totally fell for the advertising hype and really wish I'd read the reviews on here. There are cheaper, much better versions out there. Please don't waste your money.

Totally agree with others that the hairpins do not work and the company is a big scam!!! These outrageously priced hairpins are just cheap and useless pieces of plastic which don't work as advertised. The hairpins are too small, have no grip and simply do not stay in hair. I tried multiple hairpins at the time, tried various angles and hair styles to give them a chance, but nothing worked! They don't stay in place. It actually hurts to slide them in and will pull the hair as you try to take them off because your hair gets stuck inside the hairpins.

This company is a scam. They won't tell you that if you are not satisfied with the hairpins, you either need to send it to France or they will only refund 50%. This is NOT "try 30 days risk free"... I paid over $22.00USD to mail them back to the France address and they still would not refund the full amount -- they just ignored my emails for a refund even after tracking showed that the returned package was received at the France address. I finally contacted my credit card to report the problems with the refund and the credit card company provided the refund. Even after the refund, I am still out over $22.00 to mail back these useless hairpins to France.

Please do not fall for this scam. Do not waste your money.

These are the best hair clips I've ever had! I don't regret buying them at all! At first, I was extremely skeptical about the claim that one such clip could replace five invisible hair clips, but I've been walking around with my hair up for seven hours now without having to fix my hairstyle once! It's just unbelievable! I have straight hair, and it falls out of any hairstyle, no matter how I pin it up. I've tried hundreds of different hair clips, but these exceeded all my expectations.

They are strong and hold up well . Communication from manufacturer is consistent and customer use focused.

Expensive and didn't work with my fine hair. Very disappointed

Terrible service and these come from China not France as we are made to believe.

The hairpins are absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, my hair is just too baby fine and thin to use them. I worked with customer service to get a partial refund and could not be happier with this option. Now I get to gift these beautiful hair pins to friends and family who will be able to use them, and I was able to recoup some of the funds.

A little hard to figure out but love the concept.

The hair pins are pricey but they work great. It took me a month to receive my order and I was not aware that they were coming from China.

These were a Christmas present for my wife and something she saw in an online ad. I did pay attention and placed my order.

She is really enjoying them. She did mention that the tutorials were too fast and lacking in detail as to how to style and insert the clips... Need to have the models take their time and show step by step.

Took forever to arrive. I thought they were French but they are cheap tat from China. They slip out constantly and don’t grip. They are smaller than advertised. DO NOT BUY THESE ARE A SCAM!,,

They do not work on my straight hair at all. Amazing amount of money went in to the marketing of this scam. I sent some to my nieces and they had the same lousy experience. This is a scam.
