So I ordered my AxForce 80 4U racket from here and created an account on their website too, only to (think I) realised the whole thing seemed sketchy as there was also li-ningshop.co.uk which was also a UK li-ning retailer which had gotten good reviews and vouches (not on trustpilot, but on places like reddit, etc) so I thought one was the real Li-ning retailer and the other was a fake/clone site. I did a bit more digging, and saw that their order confirmation email seemed a bit lackluster in information and didn't have anything at the bottom of the email, or any tracking information, etc, which was not sent in a different email (you must contact them to get tracking info I believe). Also the paypal address I had sent the money to looked like a personal & not a commercial one, so I started to doubt if the website was real or not. They were not responsive to emails, etc and the order had been processing for a couple days with no updates/etc, so I opened a case with paypal & asked for a refund on their site. However I did not realise their physical location was closed on weekends and that I had ordered on a late friday evening and tried to contact them though saturday/sunday. They had even called me but I did not pick up/thought it was a random number. On monday they contacted me back and asked if I wanted a refund, which they issued today.

Overall, they were quick & responsive even if closed on weekends (which is understandable), and have more racket stringing options than the other Li-ning site I bought from (li-ningstore.co.uk), so I am leaving this review here so others who are looking for a Li-ning racket in the UK know that this website, despite having no Trustpilot reviews as of yet, is reliable and has very good (& kind) customer service!

I may buy a 2cnd racket very soon for a family member I play with, so if they like this racket well enough I may order a 2cnd Axforce 80 from here as this site provides many more stringing tension & brand offers than others at no extra cost.
