Long haul did a great job with my move. They saved day. They were on time ,polite and managed to move my apartment very fast and without any damage. This was my first time using a moving services and I was blown away with the quality of the work.My items were very fragile and expensive and they definitely knew how to treat them with care. Would highly recommend.

Not the type to use moving companies but the wife insisted. Have these guys a shot and they knocked it out the park. On time,Very professional,Reasonable Prices, and provided a safe moving experience.

I am always skeptical about moving companies not having the same care with your items to move faster! But with this company I must say I was completely proven wrong! Very great customer service and truly helped me in every way possible. The service was fast and safe, with a step by step process to make you understand the steps they take. Where do I begin to express how horrifying my experience was. 1st you're going to deal with a broker who is going to fast talk you and ask for your FULL inventory list (no changes can be made without a drastic increase in price.) They tell you everything you want to hear about how they take care of your items, delivery will be quick and smooth, and how you're fully covered in the event of damage or loss. LIES LIES LIES. I was given not 1, but 3 different arrival times for my pick up. Finally the arrival time was so late there was no way I could have remained at my former property for the pick-up. The guys arrive and met with a family friend who was going to sign for me, but not before the pick up crew raised the estimated price on me by $2000! "Your furniture is too large, I mean it's the correct stuff listed on your inventory list, but it's bigger than we expected." Then they disassembled all the furniture and called back to say they're taking my things to NEW JERSEY!! Wait I wasn't told that in the signing on process. And that I needed to PAY for my furniture to come out of the warehouse in NJ to be delivered to my new residence. Now I'm like hold on hold on... when will I get my stuff? Ohh up to 8 business days! So now I've moved and have no beds, no couches, no table, and no tv's! Wait there's more. They will NOT release your items until you pay the NEW balance in full upon arrival or assembly. Yes you have to pay a full balance before your stuff is properly put together. Well FUN FACT, my son's bunkbed is still in multiple pieces, my couch is missing the (feet) legs and pillows, my dining table is disassembled, my tv which I thought I watched him put together had screws falling out this morning, my bedside table has a missing and broken handle, and they left TONS of trash and wrapping all over my home with no regard. This company is awful, they are liars, misleading, and do NOT take care of their customers. Please take heed and do not support this business AT ALL!

This is a Bait and Switch operation, i would not let them move a bike across the street. They quoted one price and then it just keep adding up on pickup and delivery on our stuff. The delivery diver wanted another $500 because we had stairs, and we had several items brock. They had no scene of packing bedroom hardware with the beds, we finally found them in with glassware. Don't make the same mistake we did and us Long Haul.

Long haul moving & storage was a great choice for my move. They were very professional, on time and made sure all of my belongings were delivered without damage. Would absolutely recommend.
