I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from here, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the incredible car salesman, Cai Lin. Took my old RX in because of a suspension sensor issue. So, diagnostic flagged what we suspected was the issue, replaced one sensor but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. The service team manager and her team, especially Ashif could not have been more helpful, they sorted me out a courtesy vehicle at very short notice to make sure I was mobile for the weekend. Frustratingly the part required is on back order and won’t arrive for a few weeks, really not their fault, but again they showed real care and consideration for me as their customer. Yes, main dealers do cost more than other local repair shops, but, my bad was asking a local repair shop to do a basic thing for me and I suspect that because of their lack of knowledge, they may have caused the issue that I now have to resolve. Very much a false economy! The team at Lexus Woodford have made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.
