Love the model of the car and inside design. They are comfortable riding and driving with almost no road noise. The instrument panel and in dash navigation system and music system is very good

Going to make this short and sweet. Have leased car for many many years from Lexus and recently was told there was a recall. I called to inquire and after about an hour of them not even finding my car in their system and not being able to tell me how to easily find the Vin number on my car, I figured it out on my own and called another Lexus dealership. Also inquired as to if they can fix my GPS which has been giving dangerously wrong information from day one. Like telling me to go to my local warehouse in a way that would put me in a head on crash if I followed the directions!! Telling me to make a left instead of right two blocks from my house which I know if I make a left I would never get home! Was told there was an update and that they would charge me many many hundreds of dollars. I explained it is not an update if you got a part that was a lemon and not working and not functioning correctly from day one. The lady answering the phone even told me her system does the same bad things, and seemed to think that was acceptable. It is NOT! Why doesn’t Lexus Fix my GPS at no cost, especially since my car is under this and I’m only about a year or less into the lease I believe.

I am so disappointed with the way this place does business. I was called by Ellie Carbajal, a product specialist that told me she was the internet manager and that she would go over special offers by Lexus with me. She asked me to come visit the dealership. I was interested in hearing her out and I said to her that I would be there in 45 minutes. My wife and I made sure on keeping that time, which we did. She let me know to ask for her when I got to the dealer. I arrived with my family(son as well) at the said time, but she was busy with another customer which I understand. We waited for her and while we were waiting another gentleman (Mr. Jones) came and started to help us. He presented us with possible estimates based on our situation. After discussing options with him we asked that real numbers be presented to us so that we could make a more informed decision. I filled out a Credit Application and he submitted the application to the appropriate person. At this point Mrs Carbajal took over and brought to us another estimate(see picture) and presented it to us as an actual estimate with real numbers. Yet, this estimate paper is no different than the one presented by Mr. Jones. I asked Mrs Carbajal if this were the actual numbers several times and every time she said yes. The picture below clearly states that this paper is a "Representation to provide an example..." And explains further as it also says "ESTIMATED APR" with an asterisk(*) that further explains. (See picture) She brought over several estimates.

At this point I asked Mrs Carbajal to provide me with the Credit Check Report, she didn't have it with her and went to get it. She brought over a copy of the report and again I asked if this were real numbers based on my credit score to which she said yes. I didn't agree with the numbers and then she said she would see what she could do. She then brought over the Credit Application because it was missing information. Now I asked myself, how then were they able to run my credit if the paperwork was incomplete and how was I being presented different numbers that increased in pricing without being based on my credit score. At this point we decided to leave.

Clearly this Keyes Lexus business tactics are unethical and presenting paperwork based on fake numbers is unacceptable. I would be very careful in doing business with them.

Je suis très honnête même de trop j'ai cru en lexus pendant des années pensant qu'ils étaient à part des autre ....
Mais ils n'ont rien de plus que les autres une fois le chèque signé, ils se moquent totalement de vous, leur assistance ne vaut rien.
J'ai des tords je le reconnais mais rien ne justifie leur manque de réaction pour un client qui a acheté trois voitures neuves chez eux
je pense qu'ils répondrons à cet avis mais je m'en moque complètement je n'ai plus rien a perdre, ils sont nul
