abonnement régulier en MAX mais depuis 2mois, impossible de générer des images, j'ai essayé de reprendre un abonnement , pareil," le serveur a des soucis ..." et aucun SAV, donc argent perdu

This company is untrustworthy and has no customer service whatsoever. Please note that the website contains no information about an office, a contact phone number, or even a mailing address. These people exist solely to extract money. The quality of the content is below average, there are numerous limitations, and there is no progress in updating or improving the quality of the content! I'm trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but these scumbags refuse to respond or issue one!

Lexica.art is amazing and worth every penny, BUT for almost 2 months it is not working anymore. there is no way to contact them. or at least i get no replies.
It is like it was a one person project and he/she disappered from the face of the earth.
really such a shame because it was the best AI art generator for me.

I have been using lexica art for 2 years. I have created thousands of professional designs that I am proud of. The quality of this AI system is the best I havwe used so far!

I am using their service, 1 month subscription. Every time try to generate image they always return error:

Can't even generate single image. No support, no email, nothing at all. They are pure scam. Don't use it.

J'adore Aperture, les images sont de bonne qualité. Je me suis abonné en 2024, pas trop de soucis. Quelques messages d'erreurs.

Mais là, en 2025, c'est l'arnaque totale. impossible de joindre l'assistance. 4 mails, jamais de réponses. J'ai annulé mon abonnement, j'espère qu'ils vont pas continuer à prélever.

A completely unusable image server. I only subscribed for one month and canceled my subscription.

I love Aperture, the images are good quality. I subscribed in 2024, no major issues. A few error messages.

But now, in 2025, it's a total scam. Impossible to reach support. Four emails, never any replies. I canceled my subscription, I hope they don't keep charging me.

I’ve been a paying subscriber to Lexica.art since 2023, and I recently upgraded to the *Max plan* expecting full access to premium features — especially the *Aperture Max model*, which is clearly advertised as part of the subscription.

Despite my account showing the Max plan as active and receiving regular billing emails, I still *don’t have access to Aperture Max*. I’ve sent *multiple emails to Lexica’s support team* (more than four), and have yet to receive a single response. The lack of communication is deeply frustrating, especially for a platform that charges for advanced features.

Lexica has great potential, but this experience has been disappointing. If you're considering the Max plan, be cautious — the advertised features may not be delivered, and support may be completely unresponsive.

this site sucks i want to cancel my subscription but have not been able to log in for days. do not use this site and report it every time you get the chance.

I am on a paid plan and have been for over a year. Service is virtually useless as 7 out of 10 image generations result in this error message:

Image generation error. We're currently experiencing issues with our image generation server. Please try again in a few minutes. For updates, please visit the #support channel of our Discord server.

This error happens any time of day or night. I have tried to generate at 3am, 7pm same error. Nowhere can I contact support and I don't want to join discord for a number of reasons. I can't even contact anyone to cancel so looks like I will be billed yearly for a lousy service forever.

I rarely use the service so it is annoying that it doesn't work and allotted renders do not roll over. Any unused leftover renders the month before are lost. Why bill me for a year and only give me monthly renders? If you bill for a year give me a year of credits. Bad business.

this app is really very helpful for prompts but something went wrong its not showing any image after you enter any word in search bar , please resolve this issue

Hopeless if you can’t access it - their servers are so slow that I have spent 3 days refreshing trying to get a log in link just to cancel my sub -

I did few tests and consider it to deliver very acceptable and original imagery wiyh minimal defects. However, that is overshadowed by a rediculous price.

lexica Don't give any way to cancel my subscription and even if I did want to its no where on the app or their site.
If you choose one month, they keep trying to deduct money.

For the recurring casual creation, AVOID.

I signed up several months ago to try the site out and experiment with some prompts of my own (get my feet wet), maybe copy some prompts from previous posts on the site and see what I get.

I knew the free version (well there was some semblance of a free version back then) was severely limited in the number of generations I could make, but I expected (or rather hoped) there would be some kind of monthly rollover at best.

Nope! As soon as I signed back in on this day I was "greeted" with a bubble in the generator page telling me to "please consider subscribing to a paid plan" in order to activate the 'Generate' button.

I know free users have virtually no right to complain and should take what's given but, honestly, at least sites like Artbot and Stable Horde let you come back afresh after a day's hiatus when you use up your day's points.

A good generator to just play around and generate a bunch of pictures. Useless in specific requests, poorly understands prompts, a lot of monotony.

So it does NOT cost 8$ per month, because a monthly payment is not allowed! The nasty thing about the site is that it is displayed very big "only" 8$ per month. I could puke at such "enticement sites" that always show everything so great and cheap and "cool" and then tighten the belt at the end! Come on, let's leave the nonsense with the monthly costs. Of course, if I calculate the annual fee on a monthly basis, I get 8$ per month, but I do NOT pay 8$ per month! I have to pay 96$ per year! What is misleading? Exactly for that reason, I did not register there! And goodbye!"
