Great software, my team have been really active using it

In our search to implement a new applicant tracking system at our organization, we came across Lever and were so excited about the platform and what we could do with it. One of our biggest wish list items was a system that not only would help us integrate different recruiting and onboarding processes for a more streamlined applicant journey, but also one that looked great and was easy to use. Lever had it all and the feedback we have received on it since implementing has been great!

Lever helps us feel empowered to make changes as needed in the platform easily without getting lost in admin menus and various settings configurations that are so hard to replicate. It’s simple yet sleek and is honestly refreshing coming from our previous ATS. On top of all this, they have a wonderful team from implementation to support should we need to reach out on something. We definitely recommend Lever and hope you like it as much as we do!

Lever is amazing! It's such a step up from our previous applicant tracking system. The flexibility and customization options are incredible helpful. Sabrina was super helpful as an implementation specialist.

Although the software is a great tool, what made the experience exceptional was the well thought out guidance and availability that our representative Tom Marino gave us. With out him, I don't think we would be at the level of ability and satisfaction with the software as we currently are. Thanks again Tom and Lever. Well done. This particular experience was for the Hiring Manager training in which Tom took the time to field any questions clearly and professionally from our managers.

It has been great working with Lever through the implementation process. They are very knowledgeable about their product and listen to what your needs are and how your recruiting process works. The implementation process is very well planned out and they offer a high-touch service.

Tom M was super helpful with our booster project. He was very clear and made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner if he wasn't sure of the answer himself. He was very kind and ran through processes to a point where we were never confused. He was super transparent and honest throughout our entire experience.

As a recent customer of Lever, we've just completed the implementation phase. It's been a very smooth onboarding experience, and we have received excellent support from Implementation Specialist Tom M. The posting and requisition process is simple, and we appreciate that custom fields can be created to support business needs and reporting.

Lever provides the ability to have a simple requisition/posting process that allows us to manage our business needs and provide a great candidate experience simultaneously. Lever's reporting capabilities help solve our data management needs.

As a new customer, there is nothing that we dislike about Lever at this time. One product suggestion is the ability to auto-email reports created through Data Explorer.

We needed a software that would make our process time efficient and would be easy to use by every stakeholder and Lever is just that - a lot of smart functions that save a lot of time, a lot of automation, and the impolementation process was so easy thanks to Sabrina! Each time I sent an email asking about something she was already on top of everything, no question was left unanswered.

Tom Marino, our Implementation Specialist, was amazing and really helped us get everything set up in a way that works for our organization. We really appreciate his help and guidance throughout the implementation process!

User interface is very intuitive and makes it easy to navigate. As a super admin, it's been very easy to configure/change/edit the settings in all facets. The global aspects of the company are very important from a data protection perspective along with the integration APIs. If you are a data person, you will love the visual insights as well. You can slice the data any way you need to and share automated reports on a cadence you define. The integration team was also incredible....they go above and beyond to figure out any roadblocks with integration and/or process specific needs that Lever doesn't readily support.

Lever really goes the extra mile to train your team and ensure them that they are taken care of. We had an amazing experience with Implementation Specialist Tom Marino. We are going to miss our calls with him. He was super friendly and helpful. Changing systems can be overwhelming- he made it very easy.

Thank you Ally for helping us implement and use Lever for our business purposes. Its ease of use, consistency, and organization makes applicant tracking a breeze.

Lever is a fine piece of software if you are an SME looking to get your first ATS. Similar to it's competitors (ie. Greenhouse), it offers a clean interface that is easy to navigate and set up your recruitment foundations on.

As your recruitment process and org gets more complex, you will begin to hit limitations with Lever. We've found that additional customizability is nonexistent beyond what's planned in their product road map, and support for critical issues can take a long time to resolve (4 - 7 days).

Work with your teams to understand the strategic direction of your recruitment org, and what software you want to implement in your technology stack. Lever is a good piece of software to get started on, and they have some strong people on their team.

Lever is user-friendly. My team was new to implementing an ATS and the process is seamless! We use ADP, and the sync went well. We felt the service was a better fit than some of the others we tried.

I just want to apply for a job. Yet for some reason, when I'm prompted to log in, it doesn't get passed a "Sorry, your company doesn't seem to have an account" message. How exactly are new recruits meant to apply to a publicly available job without having proper access to the actual recruitment/application system?
