Lever is such a unique product in all the best ways. As far as an ATS goes, it is, in my opinion, the best ATS system on the market. The main two reasons behind this are ease of use and Implementation. Lever isn't built for engineers or tech savvy people, but for recruiters and users. After Implementation, our users have provided nothing but great feedback about the system.

As far as our Implementation goes, we were blessed to have Monika as our Implementation specialist. We had no issues at all with implementation, and when something did come up, she took it upon herself to work with other companies to get things straight. Things went smoothly and we actually had it up and running before our deadline.

Overall experience with Lever has been excellent. Love that they are user-friendly for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. We loved the great customer service! The implementation and integration with other job boards was an organized, smooth process. This has definitely added value to our recruiting strategy and is giving us a more proactive approach by building a talent pipeline. No regrets and would recommend to others.

Lever's ATS system is very user friendly AND the customer service has been top notch.

My company decided to implement an ATS, so I contacted about 10 different ATS vendors and Lever was, by far, the most impressive vendor I could find. The platform has all the bells and whistles we're looking for, and some. From the demo/vetting process all the way through implementation, Lever and it's staff have been exceptional.

A huge part of our reason to go with Lever was because of the customer support we've received. Our Account Executive (Andre) was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough when working through the selection process and our Implementation Specialist (Monika) has been wonderful as well. Her follow-up and dedication to make this roll-out as seamless as possible, has been outstanding. We're very happy with our decision and would highly recommend Lever to other organizations who are looking to enhance their recruiting operations.

Having past experience from using Lever, I knew it was my go-to ATS when I started my own recruitment company. Although not originally intended for external recruitment agencies, I find it to be a useful tool for our work as well – as a result we might not use all the features (e.g. the agency platform), but for all intents and purposes it's the best tool I've found.

Customer service has been great, the only downside being that as there's no local support in Europe, we usually have to wait until the next day to get a reply. Not a big issue, but worth noting anyway. If you want to customize the recruitment pipeline steps and archive reasons you can't do it yourself, so in that sense it's not the fastest tool to modify on the go. Still, it's a great tool overall!

Lever definitely deserves 5 stars, customer service is superb and incomparable to their competition. We changed our previous system for Lever month ago and it already tremendously improved speed and quality of our work. The product is state-of-the-art when it comes to ATS' systems and while it needs a bit of polishing, Engineering Team is working super-fast to fix bugs and implement features. We love the product but we love the company, even more, Lever Team is extremely helpful and supportive. We learn from them how to treat our clients.

Lever hands down is the best ATS out there. We decided to switch from Greenhouse since it was lacking reporting and customization features. What I love most about Lever is that its user interface allows to see actual pipeline and reports can easily be sent to hiring managers. There's no manual extracting, which makes everyone's life easier. Also, less clicking around in Lever and truly candidate focused.

We are a small to medium sized Australian tech company and we recently implemented Lever. I could not praise Monika our Implementation Specialist enough for all the help she gave us throughout the implementation. As Lever is a US company Monika was on a different time zone to Australia but was always there to help no matter what time of day it was. Lever itself is a fantastic ATS, their API is robust so it integrates with lots of other tools. It is a simple system to use with good UX. The only con I would have is that it is focused on the US market more so than Australia.

I really like the intuitive and straight forward UX. It's easy, as you start to use the software, how to add more levels of features to your daily use and even better how my colleagues can interact efficiently without having to know the system inside out. It's a great product!

Our integration with Lever has been such a great experience. Our recruitment efforts have already become more seamless and integrated, as we are able to have key members of our team consistently collaborate. Lever is very user friendly and includes many features that can easily be customized and tailored to company needs. Our implementation specialist was such a great help as well (Otto). He really took interest in having us all really learn the system and has gone above and beyond in providing support to us.

Lever's automation functionality makes life as a recruiter more effective, and life as a manager easier to report on their teams progress and success. The system is easy enough to understand that hiring managers can be on-boarded quickly and usually are excited to have one central location for candidate records. The chrome extension is almost flawless, which allows our recruiting team to quickly add candidates to the system from linkedin and other social networks. The support team (Otto, specifically) was great during the implementation!

Great onboarding experience, Monika went above and beyond to get us up and running on a tight deadline. Lever is intuitive, streamlined and love the automation and ease of use for our team and hiring managers. The feedback has been incredibly positive since the switch from our previous ATS and our hiring managers actually use it! It has increased communication and collaboration across the board. Would definitely recommend!
