The app is buggy and crashed several times during use. The VR experience is also very basic and not particularly immersive. I expected more for the price.

I had a few issues trying to order something from their website as the advertised discount wasn't working for me.
Their customer service team have been really helpful assisting in what must have been an add blocker or similar issue, and have managed to resolve this for me in another way, getting the desired result.

This is such a beautiful system (we have the Oceans one) and experience for my two boys (7 and 9). We wanted to extend and enrich their life changing snorkelling experience last summer on holiday, to cement their love of the ocean and all the amazing things there are under the water’s surface. They absolutely love using this-it’s no exaggeration to say it absolutely blew their minds! And they can’t wait to get back into the real thing next summer. What incredible technology it is, which doesn’t replace the real thing, but deepens their love and enjoyment of it. I can’t wait to see what the difference there will surely be in confidence from my youngest, about not feeling as nervous in the water after using this! I’m certain it will have helped his (understandable) slight anxiety about what might be in the water! Can’t recommend this more highly as a way to engage with the natural world when you can’t be there, but want to be. Really fun to do together as a family too.

My 9 year old twin girls loved this pack and while they spent a bit of time in the astronaut training tank they spent ages with the cube which showed them so many elements of the different planets.
They put the orrery together themselves "if you looked closely you were able to see all the facts that the different planets. It's such a fun way to learn different things about space. "
One was already quite space obsessed but was learning new things "I didn't even know that Mars had moons and we could actually see them!
You could literally explore Saturn and Mars - it was AWESOME!"

I recently bought the Let's Explore: Space Mega Pack for my 9 year old son for his birthday last week and I'm not sure he's done anything else since! He is obsessed with Space and LOVED the Astronaut Training VR experience, he's now pestering me to take him to NASA as he wants to become an astronaut... Money well spent!
