They take full control of the process so it's alot less stressful for you. We had a few challenges along the way but the team managed it with a lot of professionalism and the team go above and beyond for you. Plus it was our first time buying a house and with out them I don't think we would be in our new home today. They did what others couldn't and helped from the very beginning.
