Had the best and smoothest experience with lesley hooks renting out our house. Amazing communication, always fast to help and polite and always go thay extra mile.

I have both bought and sold a house with Lesley Hooks and cannot fault them. From the get go they were honest, helpful and reliable. When the sale and purchase were going through and my buyer's solicitor were being quite frankly - lazy, Jake was very supportive. He understood that I was desperate to move with a baby on the way and he went above and beyond to chase all parties involved. An estate agents that gets the job done but shows compassion along the way!

Thankyou to Claire and the team for helping us get our new rental property.

Everything moved so so quickly, much faster than expected. Claire was so helpful and friendly and the rest of the team were amazing too.

So grateful for all their help to find us a new home for our new little family.

It’s taken me a while to write a review, after the most stressful, traumatic house move ever ( problems in the chain, no fault of estate agents)
And because of all the issues above and below in the chain, I firmly believe this would not have gone through without the diligence and care from all at Lesley Hooks - both branches - as I sold through Bromborough and bought through Bebington.
Special shout outs must go to Victoria at Bromborough, for getting us on the market super quick when we saw our dream bungalow. To Rachael who sees all and keeps everything moving as it should 💞
And to Carrie at Bebington, who answered every email query lightning fast, when solicitors etc were not responding. Always reassuring and straight as a die! No messing! Exactly what you need ❤️
And finally the biggest shout out to Les herself, who gave me the best news ever, she had followed our ups and downs, knew exactly where we were up to and got us our dream home . We can’t thank you enough. Which other director of an estate agency would be so knowledgeable and hands on with their clients? I can’t think of any .

Lesley, Michael and team are excellent. They are THE agent to go to for anything connected to Port Sunlight Village and surrounds. They are very professional, extremely customer orientated and really do go above and beyond for both sellers and vendors alike. They use the latest technology, understand the power of social and have a professional and motivated team working with them. They don’t charge for photography and marketing like some of the agents in the area.. and are really head and shoulders above any of the other offerings around. Purchased a property being sold through Leslie Hooks Boromborough, have to say first class from point of viewing (Abbie) to completion this week. Any questions I asked were answered promptly , great to see they use out of office on email and pick up each other’s emails when they aren’t available. Special shout to Jake and Rachael (I think it was) and to rest of team. Every aspect of my purchase went well.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Lesley and her team who did an awesome job of selling our property within 24hrs!!! They were brilliant from start to finish. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. We had a nightmare the last time moved with a different estate agent, they were useless. But Lesley and her team have well and truly restored our faith. We highly recommend them.

Absolute joke of an estate agents. I’ve only experienced them as a buyer not a seller.
For a start the way they advertise is cringe!

First experience was nearly a year ago we put an offer in on a house which they said was accepted but the seller wanted to go ahead with other viewings (the seller was a 90+ year old man there’s no way he’s thought of that himself) and then they had accepted a different offer and completely let us down.

This morning we were on our way to view another house and I went onto it on rightmove to get the address up and it had an under offer message on the house so I called Lesley hooks and they confirmed our appointment has been cancelled but I’ve heard absolutely nothing about it being cancelled!

Just goes to show they have coerced an elderly person into going ahead with other viewings on the previous property from last year because this same situation has happened again but they haven’t gone ahead with other viewings.
Clearly all about how much money they can get and not caring about sellers or buyers at all.

They are an absolute disgrace and we won’t ever deal with them when it comes to selling or buying.
In these times when it’s hard enough trying to buy a house and this estate agents plays favours with the sellers when it’s already a sellers market is just absolutely awful.

Should be ashamed of themselves.

Shocking treatment of my sister on her moving day. What kind of company who's supposed to be representing you, phones you up less than an hour after you've picked up your keys to your new home asking if you've moved yet, then blatantly lies about the buyers apparently in rental accommodation and needing to move in as their rental ended, when you've had conversations with the buyer as recently as 2 hours before you picked up your new home keys and they've told you they own the property their living in and wouldn't be moving in for 6 weeks or so. Then threatened with solicitors when they don't like the time their given. Her contract said leaving date of 25th August and gave no specific time, so if she'd left at 23.59pm she would have still been compliant.
There's been other times when she's been updated by the buyer and sellers estate agents about blips in the process, but never by her own, in fact she's had to call them and ask why she hasn't been updated.

Disgraceful company and you should really think hard if your thinking of using this company.

Yet again poor service

Put in to view a property at the very beginning of the week, but was told earliest appointment was Saturday. We get to the Friday before the appointment and house has gone off the market

There were clearly earlier viewing times, but they’ve failed to tell me this

Useless as ever

Had a valuation appointment at 1230 hrs , Michael arrived spot on time, very professional, knowledgeable and personable gentleman, answered all my questions regarding my valuation
Would definitely recommend

Had an appointment for a viewing scheduled for 15:45.

Set off with postcode I was given, and arrive outside HSBC in Bromborough village, which is where sat nav took me to

Called the branch who said my sat nav must be wrong. But after them entering the postcode into their own system, they realised the postcode was indeed incorrect

They gave me the correct postcode and I arrive at the viewing at 16:05. I was then met by member of staff who said I had to be out of the viewing by 16:10. I advised I would be longer than 5 minutes as it was not my fault I was late due to wrong postcode. Member of staff refused me any longer, so I opted against the viewing. I was somehow expected to make a decision on spending 150k within 5 minutes

Called the office and spoke with the director. She apologised and stated that the member of staff and the viewing should have ‘used her initiative’ to delay the other bookings

Unfortunately this wasn’t done, so I wasted a 40 minute journey, costing me fuel, the tunnel and also part of my working hours.

2 basic failures, so I won’t be using these going forward

We contacted Lesley Hooks Lettings team as we needed to secure a rented property. However, there was a severe lack of support, understanding and awareness from members of the lettings team. This was so frustrating and it reached its ultimate climax when we arranged a viewing and the member of staff who we met at the property was very abrupt, rude and very dismissive of both our circumstances and requests of their organisation. This was to the extent that she actually mistook us for another client and thought they had our details recorded through their sales progression team. This was so unprofessional and resulted in us not even completing a full viewing on a rental property that we were very interested in.
As we were due to sell our existing property and move into a rental property before our new property is ready next year, this did not assist in the whole process. I would avoid utilising this organisation at all costs
