My father was getting desperate for a stair lift due to mobility issues when using the stairs at his home. Not wanting to move property, we decided that maybe a stair lift could be the answer! I contacted Leodis initially, obtained an estimated quotation and sat on it until Social Services visited. Unfortunately, the wait for Social Services was quite substantial for this and we was refused due to criteria. Therefore, we decided we would fund this ourselves.

I contacted Leodis Stairlifts again, and just as the initial call, the operative was very helpful. He managed to fit us in for a survey pretty quickly. The surveyor attended the property, and he was very helpful, provided us with all the information we needed, and, more importantly, an instant quote.

We didn't hesitate to book in and decided that the rental option would be the best option for us, for maintainance
and 24 hour all round availability for an engineer, should this be required. We signed the contract, and within 5x days the stairlift was installed. The installer was great, we couldn't see any wires within the house, just the added addition of the stairlift. He showed my Dad how to use the stairlift, and didn't leave until he was comfortable with the settings and use of the stair lift. We then paid promptly and my Dad was left with a perfectly usable stair lift.

It was definitely the correct decision to make and is worth the money we paid. My Dad can now safely use the stairs with ease and it brings us comfort as a family to know he can get up and down safely.

There was then a follow up call to check how everything was going and I reported good feedback. Every person we have dealt with, on the phone and during visits, have been super helpful, efficient and has provided excellent customer service.

I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leodis Stairlifts, they have been brilliant from beginning to the end.

I was really impressed with all aspects of the service. We had an installation engineer come and look at the stairs and talk us through everything just a few days after our initial enquiry. We had an hospital appointment on the day of the installation and Danny was lovely. He could not have been more helpful and trustworthy. The speed at which my enquiry was dealt with. From the representative coming to measure up, quoting me a price and then arranging the installation (at my convenience) all within a few days from start to finish. Bear in mind this was within ten days of the run up to Christmas. Installation was on 29th December 2023 and only took 3 hours.

Swift time period from order to finish, all staff very professional and knowledgeable and really good installation with minimal mess. Took time to explain how to use and maintain the stairlift. Really pleased with the product and service.

We were very impressed with Leodis from our consultation to instillation everything was explained clearly and made sure they spoke to mum directly making sure she understood .
Instillation was the end of the same week , the boys installing the stair lift were on time and worked quietly and efficiently I was very impressed they were polite informative and tidied up after they finished . They made sure mum was able to work the stair lift and she was confident when using it . I would highly recommend Leodis .
