ordered and paid for a cart early August 2025 and 5 months later it is still not here.

I have emailed many times and they do not reply. I think I've been scammed. I've asked for a refund several times and the reply is that “ your item is on the way” 😡😡😡”DONT USE THIS COMPANY “ ITS TAKING YOUR $$$ ..SCAMMERS

Before ordering a cart from Lentosa I was suspicious since it was the only product they sold. I did a google search- “is lentosa legit” and found results showing it is. I must not have been alert enough since trustpilot is mirroring my experience after ordering a cart. They are surely clever scammers. Initially you are provided tracking details. At one point it showed a location in China as the origin and finally supposedly landed in New Jersey.
When I emailed them multiple times I finally got one reply stating they’d get back to me which of course they didn’t.
I decided to purchase the cart since the payment was thru Shop - I guess that’s Shopify. I naively believed that sellers using Shop for payments are screened and vetted but clearly they are NOT. I hoped I could get assistance from Shop only to find there is NO customer service and no way to contact Shop. At minimum I wanted to alert them that this seller should be eliminated.
There are many sellers on Shop that are absolutely legitimate and well known and high end companies such as Hestan Culinary, Boll & Branch, Warmies, Snake River Farms, etc. I never imagined that Shopify would allow scammers to use their service.
I contact my bank and was fortunate that my credit card was credited for my payment.
I was relieved but having wasted time and worry over these crooked thieves was distressing. They belong in jail.

scam website. ordered a trolley they say it was delivered then said they would investigate then nothing…. don’t waste your money

Never received my items automated bs response. No BBB site will get attorney involved to get my money back. I wouldn't give them 1 star.

I, rather stupidly, put my trusting head on when ordering a really great looking folding shopping trolley. I was eventually given a Royal Mail tracking number and awaited my order. The postman duly turned up with an A5 size padded postal packet containing a pretty, but very cheap, necklace! The details on the label matched my order number, so the reality of my stupidity started to dawn on me. Many email exchanges with 'Joe' followed, telling me my order had left their facility, but nothing more has turned up, and I have better things to do each day than continue the conversation. This company are just a bunch of thieves and I am retiring my trusting head!!

Placed an order 9th September nothing has moved since then. Its now 11th October and there is no contact address, no contact number, nothing too find out what's going on.

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for my cart. They said 7 to 10 days. No tracking. They said it already left their facility so I don't know. I wanted to get a refund but they keep blowing me off. Im retired so I will be sending emails all day and my friends will be too. Im going fill their emails with nonsense til I get a refund or put them out of business. I've done it before. I hate scammers.

Looks like I'm the same as everybody else..... placed an order, not realising it was to good to be true and received nothing - tracking said it had been delivered but no - I ended up with a silver bracelet in a white jiffy bag with the same tracking number that was supposed to be the trolley that I ordered.....

Scam never received the cart I ordered, tracking is unavailable and customer service will mot respond to emails tracking says link no linger available. I lost money

I set the date as the date it supposedly was delivered to my house. It was "out for delivery" for three days. I messaged the company and they said nothing they could do, it left their facility. AFTER I reported it the tracking info said delivered. I have cameras. It was not. No refund, no contact. SCAM!!!!

We ordered a trolley, sent back after supposed failed delivery. Bern chasing 6 weeks and no sign of order or refund. Also paid £2 for delivery insurance. Fake company, do not use.

Still have not received my cart despite numerous emails and I'm disgusted with their customer service. My 1st email was responded to by them saying it was on way & giving me previous tracking number that showed as delivered despite receiving nothing

Absolutely disgusting bought item got a scratty necklace worth 20p Keep clear. Wish I had read this first You love and learn. Contacted bank

Scam site you order, and they send you crap by post total scam site do not use.

Like a previous reviewer stupidly ignored the fact that what was offered was far too good to be true at the price, and went ahead with ordering. I received an order number and Royal Mail tracking information, which reassured me somewhat. Sadly, when my order was delivered it was not the shopping trolley I had ordered, but a cheap and tacky necklace. I have emailed & written this review but am not expecting any response. On their website they claim that there are over 200 positive Trustpilot reviews but I certainly don't see them on here. Lesson learnt.
