I have been consistently impressed with my experience shopping with LeMieux.
My first order in January included the Star Sasha Fluffies socks, which were exceptionally soft and beautifully made. The quality immediately stood out , luxurious, comfortable, and clearly designed to last.
I was so impressed that I placed another order just a few days later to purchase more before they sold out. I also added the long silicone socks and Performance socks, both of which were equally excellent in fit and finish.
Following a recommendation from the lovely ladies at my local Habro, I purchased two All Elements coats, one for myself and one for my mother. These coats are outstanding. They feel soft and refined while being genuinely waterproof and extremely warm. It’s rare to find outerwear that combines comfort, practicality, and style so well.
Most recently, I treated myself to the HydroShield Robe and it is quite honestly the best coat I have ever owned. Exceptionally warm, beautifully constructed, and incredibly comfortable. It has exceeded all expectations.
Customer service has also been excellent, particularly with helpful sizing advice, which made ordering online very straightforward.
Overall, LeMieux delivers premium-quality products at fair prices, backed by attentive service. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will absolutely continue purchasing in future.
Really poor customer care
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Their customer service is beyond poor. I spoke to Kelly (manager). I brought a pair of Wellies for my daughter which she wore and found very uncomfortable. Not a sizing issue which Kelly implied. I suggested it could be a one off design fault, she shut me down and in her “expert” opinion on design, without any thorough review, told me that it wasn’t. I was told she should have worn them around the house. She did and they initially seemed ok. It wasn’t until she wore them properly that they were not up to standard. Kelly then fobbed me off as it being a common policy for companies. (Not in my experience) well not from reputable companies. I didn’t even get an apology of any sort. Just they can send them back or they will dispose (recycle)? them. I will not buy from them again.

Twee keer besteld, twee keer teleurgesteld
Bij beide bestellingen kreeg ik pas achteraf te horen dat het product “niet meer beschikbaar” was. De eerste keer ging het zelfs om een speciale aanbieding, maar er werd geen enkel alternatief, compensatie of oplossing aangeboden. De tweede keer heb ik zelf gebeld, en het enige antwoord was: “sorry”.
Het gaat mij niet alleen om de annuleringen, maar vooral om het gebrek aan transparantie en het ontbreken van enige poging om het probleem op te lossen. Een sterk merk hoort betere voorraadinformatie te hebben en klanten serieus te nemen wanneer er iets misgaat.
Ik deel deze review niet om “automatisch sorry” terug te krijgen, maar om te vragen om echte verbetering: duidelijkere communicatie, correcte voorraadinformatie en een vorm van service wanneer jullie zelf een fout maken. Dat zou pas klantgericht zijn.

Really terrible customer service had a rug for 12h which was £100 and it ripped on the seam again after 12h they are denying it’s a fault it’s 100% a fault you can see were it’s ripped but they are still trying to back out of there legal obligation to give me a new one.

Refused a pristine return
Refused return of pristine white breeches, claiming that they were "dirty" with photos apparently showing dirt. I never wore them except to try them on, so the origin of the dirt was a mystery to me. When they were shipped back to me, they were in brand new conditions. Photos provided back to them and they zoomed in on shadows (literally!) and claimed that the breeches were "dirty" and could not be returned. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a Toy pony and accessories for my niece as she’s been poorly. I ordered late in The day and after calling the Customer service team they did all they could to get it out the day same day. Arrived quickly and my niece was so pleased. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

Beyond disappointed!!! They have taken 2 weeks to process our order, that was supposed to be done 2-3 days! Only to be told that part is cancelled. No warning, just a refund. ‘We reached out to you’ but can’t prove that they did. Their customer service is SO blasé and they really don’t care about their clients! Great opportunity for other brands to dominate their space. My daughter is SO sad and disappointed. For such an expensive brand to behave so poorly says SO much. My daughter dreamed of being an ambassador for them because she thought they were amazing. They have done a lot more than just drop the ball on an order, they have actually damaged a little girls faith in the brand she loves.

I ordered a pair of their new Field Boots. I’m a US size 7. I’ve been a size 7 for decades in multiple brands of field and dress boots. I ordered a US size 7 on their website and was sent the UK equivalent of a 7.5. I tried to initiate a return as it is their fault for publishing incorrect sizing information on their product page. They informed me that they do not offer free returns for any reason and that I am responsible for the costs associated with the return. I have been a loyal customer for years, but no more.

I ordered a rope halter and lead rope for my connie, they said i would arrive by 3rd July, I emailed and they had not sent it out, they said they would send it out on the 3rd July yesterday, it has still not been sent out so for my 1st time order from them it will also be my last, very poor customer satisfaction. Emailed for refund today as I need to buy another quickly.

Ordered nose net. Wrong one sent. They said I ordered wrong one but no order details were sent so I could amend before delivery. Promised a exchange on return, then said out of stock, so two postage costs to me. Promised refund and several weeks later still waiting. Poor customer service! Had the cheek to ask for positive review!
