Drive brilliant ray safe , hotel good food ok

Went above and beyond when we was waiting at the wrong pick up spot, and it was no trouble to drop off at more convenient places when the roads were closed

Everything was great, the coach and driver were very good. Hotel was great value for money. The excursions were really good. Food was great in the hotel with a good selection each night

Our bus driver chris was excellent nothing was too much trouble explained everything and Evan gave us a tour guide as we traveld through London everything was organized would definitely be going again with you excellent service from start to finish thankyou .

I think the whole trip was value for money, well done.

Really enjoyed the trip.Hotel was nice and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel location was breath taking. Choice of menu was good, food a la carte, no problem to switch potatoe choice when asked.The excursions were well thought-out and organised, bit disappointed with the steam train after the waterfalls, would have liked to have spent more time at the waterfalls.The coach experience was very long which was to be expected,however this was made more bearable by the Chuckle Brothers (Jock & Ray )🤪 who were great fun but very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them either.

Even though the weather was dreadful, the day was very enjoyable.

It was an excellent tour our driver Nigel was fantastic ,funny and informative well executed from start to finish with a cracking cream tea and excursion up the river Avon, awesome.

Went to Austria on June 7th for 8days with overnight stays in France going & coming back to break the journey up.
All accommodation was lovely very long days travelling to & from Austria thou but the trips whilst in Austria was well worth it. Everything was well organised,sights we would have never got to see nor found if we done it ourselves. The only 2 downsides was the narrow gauge stream train after the waterfalls would have liked more time at the waterfalls & maybe not done the train (didn't have enough time to get any food all day). Myself personally would have liked abit more time in Salzburg aswell as 1 of my party got walking problems so didn't get to see everything we wanted to. But it was well organised trips throughout the week enjoyed every minute of it, a completely different holiday to my usually sitting by the pool/beach holiday.
& not forgetting the entertainment team sorry I mean the drivers Jock & Ray they was fantastic a big thank you to both of u for a great week.

Excellent trip. Well organised. Loved the Abba concert. Location of Greenwich was a bonus.

Firstly I would like to thank the drivers for making the trip to Austria enjoyable they went above and beyond there duties. The only down side was the Pinzgua narrow gauge train it was boring no scenery would have rather spent more time at the Kimmie falls. All the other trips were fine well worth it, Hotel, hospitality and food was excellent. Great holiday.

Phil the driver was also a top entertainer, who kept us in fits of laughter throughout.
A relaxing change to be able to sit back and relax and not worry about driving.

The hotel room was immaculate and cosy with view out to the pier and the sea.
Hotel staff were polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food in the hotel was also top class, with a variety of options to suit everyone.
(only complaints i heard were that people had eaten too much and would have put on a few pounds)

The hotel location couldn't be better, across the road from the sea front, next to other bars and restaurants. The lovel long promenade was perfect for after dinner walks.
We felt very well looked after and safe.

The trips to Wells and Bath were lovely.
Phil the driver was a real tonic. We travelled with my parents and have memories to cherish.

The trip to Ludlow was well ran and very enjoyable, but the toilet on the coach was very awkward to step in and out of.

For £32 visiting two places and having plenty of time in each place.In the end feeling very happy.All facility available to get help by the company any time.

In all fairness,everything was run to plan. I found the journey a long one time wise ,as of course there were pick ups in various locations before we got onto the motorway. That cannot be helped obviously, but as far as anything else was concerned, the trip to the venue for the Abba show was first class, the bus was outside waiting to take us back to our hotel after the show and we had a few hours in London to ourselves.

This was our second stay at Judd’s Folly and we were pleased to have returned to this friendly hotel. It was an excellent base to explore Kent, the Garden of England,, visiting a number of towns including Whistable , Faversham, Canterbury and Sissinghurst the home of Vita Sackville-West and a National Trust property
Our coach was comfortable and had charging points for our tech, our driver, Karl, was welcoming and helped to make our holiday another hit with LeisureTime by Toureasy

Austria was amazing. Lovely hotel and food. Drivers were really good and entertaining

The drivers were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had the best possible time. We certainly did. The accommodation was great in all stops. There was an hour stop on the way to the falls NO one on the coach wanted to do “nothing there” an extra hour at the falls would be great.

I have a comment All passengers agree with it’s to do with a lady “Maisie” sat in the front row with us. She was a very intelligent lady and was polite to fellow passengers but. She was rude and had attitude with the drivers and deliberately returned late to the coach when we did rest stops. The drivers had to go look for her every time. We all felt so sorry for them because they knew it would happen. I would say she went out of her way to make things difficult for them. They never once complained. In fairness to them. They knew her from past trips. Meal times she made difficult for everyone she was sat on our table. She would benefit from having a family member friend or support worker to accompany her. Again not just my words. The trip took a lot longer than needed because of her times back.
