Over several purchases over some years now I have yet to have a bad experience. The items have arrived promptly, are well packaged and are exactly what was ordered. On the rare occasion that something has gone wrong, they have been in contact immediately and both solved the immediate problem as well as taking the time to ensure that future orders wouldnt see the same issues. I have been and continue to be impressed and very happy with their service.

Only place I could find the game. Ordering and delivery was smooth and complete in 2-3 days. Will definitely use again.

Right now not happy. I cannot track the package. Went to the "Shop" site you cannot track there without downloading application. Download application and it would not log me in.

The "other charges" items should have an option for me to pay immediately or check a box saying that the receiver will pay those charges/taxes/duties. An e-mail after the fact (which MAY go into SPAM) is not good enough.

Great selection of games, but the sales/tracking/duties system is very very lame.

Item arrived on time and unharmed, I'd lost my previous copy of this wee gem of a game and was happy to get the new copy, price reasonable, no complaints.

A+, just a great experience all around. I'm a first-time customer who ordered online after discovering a few hard-to-find books on their website. One book was a limited edition, both were out of print - and best of all, both were on offer. I'd been expecting both books to cost me ~£75-90 total, so was very happy to get them for ~£50 total, shipping included. Both books were in perfect, brand new condition, were well packed & arrived within 48h of ordering.

Bonus points for physical store staff being very helpful & knowledgeable when I phoned trying to track down a few more small run, out of print titles - they didn't have them in stock, but in all fairness, neither did anyone else in the UK :)

Will definitely order from Leisure Games again in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
