We have just received our new caravan carpet - it’s is fabulous; great quality and a brilliant finish. Really fantastic service from the team (especially Chris) - professional, kind and keen to help. We couldn’t fault them and highly recommend them too.

We have just taken delivery of our new carpets for our Motorhome and we are absolutely delighted with the quality and fit of the carpets. From the first contact with Chris, until delivery, we have been kept up to date with progress & indeed all communication had been second to non! These carpets are competitively priced for a quality product and this coupled with the level of service we have received and quick turnaround was just brilliant! We would highly recommend this business to anyone in search of new carpets for their leisure vehicle!

We requested samples and chose our carpets. The existing carpet backing was disintegrating . Posted off our old carpet and hoped we hadn’t made a mistake. We need not have worried about! Our new carpets arrived absolutely perfect. We are delighted and highly recommend using this company for replacement rugs!

Prompt replies to queries, explaining each step. Samples posted out upon request and our carpets were turned around in a couple of weeks from sending off our old ones to use as templates.

Carpets look great and we were sent a couple of extra little mats to use up the odd bits of carpet - great to use round the cooking area.

From my initial enquiry to the safe delivery of our carpets the care, attention and professionalism we received was outstanding. Chris saw me through every step with ease and answered my questions clearly.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. The carpet they have made for our Peugeot Boxer is perfect. Lots of colour and thickness swatches provided to choose from and the end result is more than perfect. Top quality at a more than reasonable price. Thank you!

We had reservations about sending our carpets away but we didn't trust ourselves in getting the measurements right. Chris was brilliant in answering any questions we had & talked us through the process & returning our original carpets. We chose damson as colour for our carpets & it picks out the coloured fleck in the rest of the upholstery.

Our motorhome carpets were faded and the backing was crumbling so we approached Leisure Carpets Direct for some samples. Their response was fast, they answered all our questions, gave us a range of options and we sent off our old carpets as patterns. Our new set is a perfect fit and we appreciated the addition of the two floor mats for the entrance. Highly recommended!

I found my dealings with this company to be excellent in every respect. I first contacted them to discuss my requirements. Based on their advice I sent them the tired old carpets from my newly purchased second hand motorhome to use as a template. They sent me samples to choose a colour and once ordered, the new carpets were returned within about 10 days. They fit well, are of good quality and I’m delighted with them.
I am more than happy to recommend them.

Dealing with a single point of contact was really useful especially as we had fun and games with Royal Mail so Chris who we were dealing with was aware of our situation.
We ended up having to make templates of our motorhome carpets which was not the easiest thing to do but the guidance provided was very clear and easy to follow
The process from them receiving the templates to the carpets being ready was really quick and we were kept informed along the way
The carpets look fantastic, really good quality and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Chris was great . Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had decided to replace our old Motorhome carpets and shipped them over to leisure carpets direct to use as a template. We were delighted with our new carpets which fitted perfectly. It is such a neat and tidy job. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company . Everything went so smoothly.

Dealt with Chris who was very knowledgeable and steered me onto a good quality hard wearing choice....I posted my old carpets out and I was notified when they landed.....about 8 or 9 days later got a call saying they were done and they arrived a couple of days later.....they actually fit exactly like the old ones did really really good service cant fault these guys
