Highly recommend using this company. I used the repair service which is so hard to find on the high street these days especially if you didn’t buy the glasses from their shop! Great service, repaired really quickly and I was impressed by the staff. Very warm welcoming service. This will now be my go to opticians.

First time customer in need of help and the team here certainly delivered. Elenor was personable humorous making me feel comfortable for the beginning. Everything was explained clearly and she got down to business. I had a serious ear blockage and through perseverance and support I walked away normal again. Very professional with that personal touch. Anebela helped get me over the line and free of my hearing issues! A new customer here!

Genuinely not a sour taste ! Eleanor in Reading was very thorough in her examination and gentle during the appointment also offering money saving advice. The Receptionist was equally personable, welcoming and friendly. Came away with a family run business feel rather than a high street sales experience. Well done and thank you.
