hard to use templates

Overall a really good experience, but it would be nice to have drop down menu for contacts, so we can select regular contacts instead of filling in the same details each time.

Legislate has been a massive time and money saver for us. So easy to use and customer support faultless when you would expect to be left to a bot. I was very sceptical that moving online and away from "wet" contracts was going to help and thought I would lose some of the valued contact with tenants this gave me but the new way is just so easy. Also used to make so many errors particularly email addresses but now the tenants fill in everything themselves so it's more accurate. Copies are held safely and don't end up covered in coffee stains! I would dread going back to the old ways. Probably saves about 2 hours per contract.

The Legislate product is very innovative and useful. It saved me considerable time when preparing contracts, contracts which kept (past tense) going missing.
But not so with Legislate, where they are all in the same place, with various key metrics in a dashboard.
The team are obviously quite intelligent too, and very supportive.
