They made it easy. Honestly with the chaos of ... well... everything, the last thing I wanted was tedious boxes to check and papers to fill out. Throw in some tech issues on our end and I assumed making corrections to things was going to be a nightmare. It wasn't! Super quick, thorough, and incredibly helpful.

Horrible experience! I do not recommend using LegalZoom’s virtual mailbox, especially if you’re expecting important mail.
My mail was delivered to the virtual mailbox on 07/14, but I didn’t receive an email notification until two days later. On top of that, they said it would take another two days just to scan the mail.
When I called customer service, all they could tell me was that they would “send a notification” to the operator responsible for scanning. There was no urgency, no real solution, and no way to expedite the process.
If you’re waiting on time-sensitive or important documents, this service is unreliable and can cause unnecessary delays. I expected much better.
