The company installed my central heating boiler 8 or so years ago and it was due for service today.
Chris came today and carried out a thorough service - there were no problems.
He has always been friendly and polite - the same goes for all his staff - he was accompanied by an apprentice today.
The job was carried out efficiently and with care in a reasonable time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm. They always do the annual service at a reasonable price and have done other jobs for me such as replacing kitchen sink, repairing leaking sink.

On time arrival: pleasant and polite people.

Completed the task in a timely manner and provided the required certificate.

Chris and his team installed a new boiler and heating system in our 1960’s built house that still had a single pipe system. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. Very tidy and professional with excellent finishing to the decor. Cannot recommend highly enough and will absolutely look to book again for any future work.

I had a radiator replaced in a conservatory. Sam & Kyle worked methodically and carefully to fit the new radiator & refill the central heating system, ensuring all the radiators throughout the house were bled of air & everything worked correctly. Sam Haa developed a really good customer rapport with his conversation & explanation. As the apprentice of 1 week Kyle was polite, friendly, and learning quickly on the job. He will no doubt be a successful addition to this company. I'd definitely use Lee's plumbing service again.

Never had gas before so was a little apprehensive when it came to choosing a reliable plumber! What a find!! The whole process from quotation to installation/completion couldn’t have been easier. Great communication from Chris & Hannah throughout, turned up exactly as agreed. Installation of a combi boiler and associated works carried out professionally and efficiently, all waste removed from site, everywhere left clean & tidy. Chris patiently explained how the boiler and smart thermostat worked, ensuring I was happy with the app and even talked me through setting up a heating schedule! We booked in our yearly service with LPH because we were so impressed! Deserves 5* and more!!

Prompt, efficient and excellent service. Fully explained what was being done, what to keep an eye on and what, if necessary, would need attention in the future. Whilst doing all this, still had time for a bit of sociable banter. Look forward to the next episode!

The plumber was very professional and helpful, and identified the issues immediately, putting them right quickly and efficiently without any flannel or mansplaining. He was sensitive to my situation with my cluttered kitchen, and I've been very impressed with this company in general. Ten years ago they immediately identified an issue with my waste pipe from the bathroom after other plumbers gave up as they didn't recognise what was wrong. This company's plumbers are very courteous and just get on with the job. They are the only plumbers I trust.

Chris came out to us at very short notice and communicated with us out of hours. When Chris arrived at our house, he was very knowledgeable and honest with us about the issues with our nest and took the time to explain / show us how to rectify the issues.

Boiler making "kettling" noise - Told Chris the symptoms and the boiler make and model, after having collected the possible components that could cause the issue, he arrived promptly and went to work cleaning and replacing the faulty components.

The boiler is quiet as a mouse now.

Chris contacted me to remind me that my annual boiler service was due. After a return text message to him, he booked me in for the following week which was convenient for me. Sam came promptly on the day and as per usual worked efficiently & professionally in a friendly manner. I liked the use of on-line gas certification delivery. An excellent company would definitely recommend and use again.

Chris Lee came to service and add some upgrades to our boiler after our previous plumber retired. We’d tried numerous times to find a good and reliable replacement, but struggled to find one who would actually do the job. We eventually tried Check A Trade, but the first response we got was from someone who never confirmed a time with us. He also spent most of the phone call explaining all the potential added cost our job could rack up and the pitfalls of the upgrades we wanted to add.
Thankfully we tried Check A Trade once more and Chris got in touch. After some initial communication Chris offered us some dates for the work, a little earlier than I was ready for. So after I got things sorted my end Chris rescheduled. On the day he even turned up early and got stuck straight in. After the service was completed he started the additional work. It was all completed smoothly and we’re now left with a far more efficient boiler. The hot water seems to be hotter, quicker than before. The heating is also much quieter, almost to the point we think the pump has stopped.
Chris was super friendly whilst being a total professional throughout the job. We’ve complete confidence in his work and he’ll be back next year to re service the boiler.
