Completely professional.
Well, I recieved my order and all the bottles were taped right up in order to stop any spillage or leaks. I recieved it when they said it would arrive. I sent a message through their websites chat box, and being 7pm on a Saturday wasn't expecting a reply until Monday morning at the earliest. And yet, 2 mins later I get a reply and they answered all my questions. And to top it all off, I got my items for nearly half the going market price. What is there not to love about this company? Any time I looking to purchase again, they will be my 1st stop, 100%. A very professional and approachable company that just ticks all the boxes. If only all companies were like this. Thank you LedGrowLights.

5 stars all the way great comms with shop and very helpfully also had a problem with the order and it was sorted thanks also the Aray 4 & 8 are amzing the there cover from wall to wal with hi PAR and the AC contoller 69 is a epic bit of growing tech its a must have in 2023 will keep your room/tent at the perfect temp & humidity

My order hasn't even turned up. The tracking 4 the parcel dosent work and I'm still w8ing on a response to find out what's going on. So pretty bad so far.

I also responded to your email immediately even though it was out of work hours. Its a shame this warranty's a 1 star review as it could have all been sorted. Your refund has been processed in full.
