So I was encouraged if I "would you be open to sharing a glowing review on Trustpilot?" for an additional credit toward my next purchase. I said sure, as they did get back quickly but I will adjust my review based on the end resolution. Well, got the coupon code and it was for $95 so in the end, I would be paying close to $300 dollars for 1 pair that did not fit and one that would maybe fit if I decided to purchase the second pair. I choose no because this is the second time in 5 years I have had the same offer. The first time the package got "lost" with DHL and I didnt get anything in the end. So buyer beware. Most of these lederhosen from these store come from Pakistan so you have to deal with delayed shipping, customs, and questionable return policies.

Ordered some lederhosen and the size was way off. It happens, but support was quick to respond and was willing to work out a solution. I will update my review once I have received the new lederhosen.

Lederhosen Store has phenomenal customer service. They're so helpful and respond swiftly. What's more is that the quality of their products is stunning. I am so happy I chose them and I can't wait to showoff my lederhosen at Oktoberfest!

Review for Leatherhorsen Store

I purchased a dress from Leatherhorsen Store for Oktoberfest in Germany, trusting the product description and images on their website. Unfortunately, the item I received did not match the advertised quality at all.

I contacted the company immediately upon receiving the item to request a refund. It has now been over a week, and I have received no instructions on how to return the product or get my money back. This lack of response is extremely disappointing.

Looking at other reviews, it seems many positive comments are from men, suggesting that the quality of products for women may be significantly lower.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? I hope the company addresses these issues promptly and improves their customer service.

I ordered lederhosen from their website but ordered the pants two sizes too small. They were super helpful with helping me remedy the mistake and responded incredibly the fast. The quality of the lederhosen is great. I can’t recommend them enough

We ordered and received the bundhosen (knee length lederhosen), belt and suspenders. They were just as described; beautifully detailed and well made! The suspenders and check shirt were included for free as part of the package. However, the fit (at the knees) was too tight. I was worried about the timeline as we're leaving for Oktoberfest in just a few weeks. Lederhosen store took care of it!

The experience was okay. The dirndl came at a lower quality fabric than expected, as well as larger than indicated by their size chart. Due to quality and fit, I decided to return the item.

Be aware that the return policy is 14 days from your order, not from your receiving the item. My dirndl ended up stuck in customs and requiring me to pay a tariff of $19 in order to receive it, which led to me being out of town and missing the return window.

Their customer service team was great and understanding of this situation and helped me find a solution that was satisfactory. The customer service was definitely the highlight of the experience.

Additional Import Duty Fee from DHL was needed after order was completed on lederhosenstore.com website. This was not stated anywhere when making the purchase. I thought it was not real and was confused by it. Be aware of the tariff fees you will be charged which are currently in place.

After submitting this review lederhosen.com contacted me and refunded the tariff fee plus a couple $$.

I ordered lederhosen and a dirndl from this site. The lederhosen are great. The quality and stitching are very good.
The quality of the dirndl seems to be good. The bow on the apron is sewn in place on the left, so I will have to fix that on my own. Before I can figure that out, the dirndl needs to be exchanged for a different size. I am in that process right now. They have been very prompt with the communication concerning this process. I have high hopes everything goes well and I receive the exchange promptly. I am also hoping returning the item is easy. Fingers crossed!

I ordered from this store. This company is good at being accommodating for exchanges. They are also responsive for any other needs that you may have or need.

Quality of outfit is very good. Very speedy delivery. As others have stated, do size up. We’ve had issues with our sizes but they are very quick to respond back and help resolve the issue.

Product is great quality, I'm looking forward to getting to wear them. I did need to exchange mine as I ordered too large, and they were fast and easy to work with.

Update. I got a new pair, discounted, in the correct size. I'm disappointed because they're not the same quality as the first pair and they smell, a lot, like chemicals. The first pair smelled like leather. I feel like I was given a poor version at a reduced price, as some kind of bait and switch.

Ordered a set and came quickly. Some sizes were incorrect, so I am in the exchange process now. Communication is quick and quality of outfit is high. Sizing has always been a crap shoot for me. Hopefully, the exchange process goes as well as the purchasing process.

Clothing is nice quality and the fit is accurate. We had a hiccup with delivery. As soon as they confirmed the issue, a new shipment was sent immediately and quickly received. We liked the clothing so much, we recommended their product to our friends. They purchased lederhosen as well and had no issues.

Be careful with some of these reviews. You must read the size charts prior to ordering. They provide good instructions.

I ordered a dirndl for Octoberfest. The speed of delivery was awesome! The quality was very good but unfortunately, the sizes run a bit small. I suggest ordering up. The staff have been great in working with me to get the correct size. The customer service has been easy to contact and responsive. I’m excited to get the replacement.

As many others apparently experienced here, you better order the right size the first time. Dealing with their customer service team is a nightmare just to exchange a shirt. They'll assure you everything will be quick and easy, then withhold the discount code from you, and it's not even a straight-up exchange, you will still have to pay more to get the right size.

They'll ask you to leave a review before they give you the coupon code... so here it is. I hope this is the glowing review you were looking for Customer Service team...

I had an issue with my order on my end, they responded promptly and corrected the issue.

I had placed a very large order for lederhosen, shirt, shoes, socks and belts in preparation for Oktoberfest in Munich Germany in a few weeks. All of the items fit very well except for the shoes. Poor judgement of European size on my part, but the exchange and rebate process was very good. Customer services was outstanding and due to the time difference handled through email exchanges. I’m recommending Lederhosen Store for all Oktoberfest needs. Real, authentic and traditional clothing to fit right in!
