My alligator shoes looked so much better after the "spa treatment" -- it is hard for me to belive they are the same shoes. I was so pleased that I sent a second pair to the Spa.

Such an expensive shoe so I was nervous of course! The customer service alone put me at ease. I taught I would have to wait a week or so because of the damage but it was done in 1 day. You guys made my shoe look brand new! The Leather Spa will always be my choice.

Reliable and fast service. I'm from Puerto Rico and a friend dropped off my Cartier briefcase at the Saks location. I am a Leather Spa customer, since my daughter lived in New York, but she moved to Puerto Rico during the pandemic. I found out I could mail it, but since my friend was traveling to the city, she took care of it. I requested the delivery service to my home when it was ready, paid the fee and TAN TAN! My briefcase arrived in less than a week. Very happy for the service! I will definitely use Leather Spa whenever I need to repair or clean some of my leather bags or shoes.

But with that said, it was rectified quickly and the service to help me get that resolved was efficient, professional and my shoes look fabulous. They even refunded me the shipping. Excellent, speedy communication from Edgar. I had two pieces, a pair of shoes and a bag. The shoes were beautifully repaired. The bag had a lot of beading missing, and they tried to source the beads to repairs. I really appreciate the effort. From now on, all of my repairs will be done by Leather Spa.
