le 09 janvier le service qualité me répond en me demandant de lui écrire pour étudier le sujet de mon mécontentement. Aujourd'hui le 06 mars donc quasiment 2 mois plus tard, je n'ai eu AUCUN retour de leur part. Morale: ils font semblant d'être à votre écoute, mais ce n'est que de l'esbrouffe...

I have had the misfortune of dealing with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions for a number of years since my local supplier for printing and copying equipment set me up with them.

Emails always have to be chased as they are not replied to within a week, if ever.

The staff on the phones have poor knowledge and no mandate to make common sense decisions.

When an agreement had to be amended recently it took months of chasing and they tried to overcharge me twice. If I didn't have a good head for numbers they would have billed me hundreds of pounds more than they should have.

A terrible business in every aspect I can think of - AVOID if you can.

Frais abusifs , menaces est personnel très très méprisant hautain, hors loi !!!!! Attention à c'est qu'il vous dites il s'en sert contre , bah c'est plus facile ! Très déçu d'avoir perdue mon compte grâce à eux ! Des mensonges est que du bla bla bla .... A éviter comment la Peste

ARNAQUE.
Nous avons signé un contrat le 3/10/2019 pour un location d'imprimante sans assurance avec la société KODEN.
Cette société fait passé ses contrats de location par BNP LEASE qui au passe ajoute un assurance complètement inutile puisque vous êtes assuré.
Après plusieurs années de conflits, j'ai eu la CHANCE de recevoir un remboursement partiel.
C'est tout simplement de l'arnaque !

Absolutely shocking company! Made a complaint in June and it's still not resolved (October) Customer service skills of a dead fish.
They can't manage to acknowledge an email let alone pick up the phone! Seriously horrendous service
We are now seeking legal actions to get a resolution it's ridiculous!

Service clientèle irrespectueux qui parle très mal au client et s'énerve à la moindre question. Et qui vous raccroche au nez! Aucune diplomatie, la personne que j'ai eu ne m'écoutait pas, me coupait sans arrêt la parole en parlant très fort, et vu les commentaires que je viens de lire à leur sujet manifestement c'est monnaie courante dans ce call centre...

J'en suis à mon deuxième mail je n'ai aucune réponse, et quand je regarde les avis d'autres personnes je me demande pourquoi encore les société passe par vous pour les leasing.

Effectivement c est interessant pour une belle Limo.

I purchased a new van at the end of 2018 from Global vans on a three year term who have, unknown to me used BNPParibas as the leasing company to provide the finance. I have now had the van for the full term of three years and they have just took the final and very large settlement figure of £9000 out of my account. On speaking to accounts at BNP, despite what I was lead to believe as the full and final payment, they said to me that I would have to continue to pay another £460.00 + £48 admin cost every year as part of some sort of phase two lease term for ever until the vehicle is either scrapped, written off or sold and if it is sold they will require an additional 2% + vat of the final market value sale price.
So when you believe you are now the proud owner of your van after the three year term (paid in full), think again as you are not.
This agreement by BNP Parabis is a complete and utter con. Read the reviews for yourself.
You should NEVER use BNP for any form of finance what so ever. This company needs reporting to trading standards for FRAUDULENT practices..
It is a shame I can not leave a review rating for -5star or less..!!

COMPLETE CRIMINALS....mislead you are lie to you. Sell you something you do not need and lock you into a contract at vast expense. No way out. Equipment not needed, but will not help.... AVOID

Frais de retard et factures abusives venant de leur part, toujours se justifier et si on peut se justifier tant mieux (ce qui est mon cas), ils sont tout gentil et vous disent qu'ils suppriment les frais de retards exceptionnellement comme un "geste commercial". Non mais faut arrêter, de mon côté, c'est fini. Trop de frais supplémentaires à demander des notes de crédits (que vous aurez, si vous avez les factures), de factures abusives avec des frais de retards, etc. Une honte venant d'une société pareille.

Cela fait maintenant bientôt 2 ans que nous avons une imprimante en leasing chez eux. Ils ajoutent des frais administratifs et autres dans vos factures. Il faut leur envoyer un e-mail pour les supprimer et demander une note de crédit. Leur réponse : "Si vous payez tant mieux pour nous, si pas, vous pouvez demander une note de crédit." Mais où on va ?
Une demande par écrit tous les 3 mois environs pour signaler qu'une facture reste impayée avec frais de retard de 50,00€. Hors toutes les factures sont payées AVANT date d'échéance. Leur réponse : "Effectivement vous avez raison, on fait le nécessaire". Une fois ok, ça arrive mais pas 5 fois sur 24 factures...
Deux conseils pour les prochains utilisateurs du service :
- Ne faiblissez pas, demander le remboursement de tous les frais qui ne sont pas liés à votre leasing sur vos factures;
- Supprimez les prélèvements automatiques et vérifier toujours les factures;
- Je vous laisse faire votre propre avis sur ça et je vous assure que vous allez revenir vers cet avis après les deux premières factures reçues.
Il faut absolument qu'ils revoient leur fonctionnement, c'est irrespectueux et non-professionnel.

Très mauvaise expérience avec ce groupe .
J'ai une personne qui souhaite reprendre mon leasing depuis plusieurs mois et en raison du manque de réactivité il s'est désisté une fois . Il souhaite me le reprendre mais encore une fois lenteur ++++ .
J'ai perdu des milliers d'euros à cause de leur manque de professionnalisme.
Je vous le déconseille fortement.

I will taking this matter further to legal professionals and be reporting this company to the Financial Ombudsman

I was encouraged to take on a van lease bya franchise company. Due to COVID I am having to pay off the agreement early. To do this I have had to remortgage my house. So they want me to pay them £11000 for a van that is worth £7000, I then have to sell the van within 90 days at it's current value and pay them 2.5% plus VAT. BUT......WAIT FOR IT.... despite paying in full, they will continue to take direct debits until the van is sold! So I will end up paying them continuously even though I have already paid the settlement in full! DO NOT EVER TAKE ANY KIND OF AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE PARASITES OF THE WORST KIND.

In 2014 I took out an agreement with 4COM
for a business telephone system. There was no mention verbal or on contract of BNP Paribas. I have no problem with the equipment, BUT when I upgraded at 2 year intervals, I was never told they were adding 7 years on. They were in fact making up a new contract every 2 years SO 7 years always added. I did not upgrade last month. So have 5 years to go but am retiring due to age and pandamic effects. I would have thought in the last 2 years I have paid for the equipement? I urge anyone looking at these 7 year contracts to stay clear of them.

Absolute garbage ! So much pride and arrogance in the staff I had multiple home braches across France and one thing they were consistent was the pathetic service, hidden costs and scams. I was an innocent guy new to France and had to set up an acc they had some affiliation with my uni and the guy who helped me sign up to bnp added a super expensive insurance when I never asked for one yeah it was my fault for not reading the fine print but you have no idea the shadyness they are into stay away at all costs. disgusting !

I have just asked for a settlement figure for my Van, i have only had it 1 year and now i need to sell it as we don't need a van anymore, even if i had settled the van after i month ALL INTEREST IS PAYABLE £6150 gone, i told dealer that i never keep vehicles longer than a couple of years, nobody but nobody tells you this information, all bap could say was small print you agreed not to be bound by the consumer credit act! The Dealer in Edinburgh Ford should have said something as i made my intention clear, this should be illegal, in all my years of funding vehicles i have never come across this, just disgusted, DO NOT GO NEAR BNP PARIBAS, FOR ANYTHING!! My loan started as £30800 and now after 13 month they are asking for £30500!!! just a disgrace this should be spelled out loud and clear and it just isn't, this will not be the end of it.
