Lease Plans Online Bewertungen

Further to my previous review my solicitor requested a change to the original plans (no fault on Gabby's part). The request was submitted on Friday afternoon of a bank holiday weekend and the plans were returned, amended as requested, before the end of the weekend. A really fabulous service and I can't recommend Gabby highly enough.

I totally recommend Lease Plans Online.
I asked for a quote first thing on a Wednesday morning and Gabrielle answered straightaway stating that could be in my home within 1h.
One hour later she was measuring my property and the day after she delivered my new floor plans and guaranteed any further potential amendments if required so I can only say that I was over the moon with this company.
Thank you so much Gabby for such an efficient and profesional service.

Gabrielle was super efficient, professional and provided good quality plans very quickly after measuring.

Gabrielle was professional, thorough and quick. She came to do the Floorplan of my recently refurbished property the day after I called her to inquire (which is extraordinary quick service in a city like London). She had the Floorplan ready a few days later and she implemented a few changes I requested promptly. I would recommend her and would use her again if I moved.

Incredibly efficient and professional service, can highly recommend!!

Gabby was excellent & efficient.
I'm on a extremely tight timescale and she manage to facilitate this by visiting my premises the very next day of me contacting her.
The lease plan was complete the day after the visit.
Very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend her services.

Gabby was wonderful to deal with, I needed a fast turn around for a Lease Plan and she not only provided the plan quickly but was also incredibly helpful, calling me to take me through what was needed. I would definitely hire Gabby again and have no hesitation in recommending her.

Superb service from Gabby in drawing up new plans for our lease in a few days with no hassle from a distance of 200 miles away. Highly recommended.

Gabby is just the kind of person I love working with. A great communicator, engaging, listens, is superbly reliable and competent at what she does, no fuss, and incredibly quick turnaround. Perfect!

Really excellent service. Fast, reliable and Gabby was delightful to deal with. Thank you!

Gabby was absolutely fantastic. Within 4 days of contacting her (which included the weekend) she had visited my property, measured, drawn up the plans and sent them back to us. They were immediately approved by both sets of solicitors with absolutely no changes required. Without Gabby's speedy and excellent work my sale and purchase would have fallen through. Would highly, highly recommend.

I was impressed with the very professional service I received from Lease Plans Online. The delivery time and accuracy were excellent.

Very professional, quick and flexible. Would recommend!

Great service - professional, friendly and a super fast turn around. Highly Recommended!

I used Gabby's service on behalf of a client.

No ask was ever too much for her and she even amended the plan for me when the terms had changed!

Gabby was helpful, prompt, good value and a pleasure to deal with. I was certainly be using her again in the future.

Gabby is lovely to work with. The first time she did any work for me was August 2018 when she prepared lease plans for three floors including front & rear gardens for the purpose of a sale. Everything worked out fine.

I am presently in the middle of a property transaction and I did call Gabby to prepare a more up to date layout and for the eventual registration at Land Registry. The plans were excellent again ... therefore I would certainly contact her for any of my plans in the future.

Fantastic service, great communication and the job was done 100% first time. Felt this service was honest and reliable and we got what we needed .Recommend 100%
