Why i give them 3 stats not 1? The first is i like them on the first 4 months they really satisfied. But after these i don't know why they like runaway. I pay my billing and still suspended for 2 weeks they didnt responding the tickets. After waiting 2 week they was answered then i move out. Please just fix your customer support.

Worst host ever, keep changing domain name, were lease host 3 month ago, then reliablehost and now stablehub

server is down for 2 months and no any response.they are generating bills only. i have paid 9 times in these 2 months. i am in great loss. all customer data are gone and money also. this company is scam.
do anybody know how to unsubscribe and file a case to this company and get all the money we have deposited?please reply me in email if you know at email sabin.maharjan456@gmail com

Leasehost which has now changed it domain to reliablehost.net is a real scam. I really thank the Almighty God that I always take backups of all my client's (8 of them) domains.

I have moved to another host after I can't login to control panel for one week and all websites down. I wrote several times without response. I have now escalated a case against them through paypal. If you have paid via paypal, it is very easy to get your full refund.

Thier servers keep going down almost everyday, i abe 8 unaswered tickets, they were not like this before i guess all these tarted when they have so many customers and they make more money now they are relaxed , all they do is collect money for bad services, i am moving my websites away frm them. over 300 websites are down on my reseller account and they are not doing anything about it

Fraud company. Servers remaining down for a day and no reply from the company.

Still server down. They don`t provide live chat and also not giving me a reply on email. LeaseHost, Lazy server, Lazy Company.

I order Reseller Web Hosting Singapore products, less than 2 weeks order, Hosting Down for 3 more days, and send ticket no response at all. 1 week ago, and I found an email containing:

"Hello,

We've suffered a catastrophic failure on NOC6-SG server where multiple SSDs failed at the same time. Unfortunately all data has been lost since this affected also the backup drives.

We have already setup a new server with the same IPs and your account has been recreated.

Please note that we take all the necessary actions to prevent this from happening again.

We apologize for this and thanks for your understanding.

No backup data? No Compensation? While in the account that has been moved there are 25 websites owned by my client.

I have been contacting via ticket and email twice, but no response and the ticket is closed and my service is suspended.

Best webhosting experience I have ever had. I used to host my site at big webhosting providers, who where much more expensive than LeaseHost. LeaseHost provides really really top notch support and their support is great.
