David has always been very helpful and friendly to my needs.
My first car was the first lease deal I have ever had and I was unsure of how it all worked but David helped me every step of the way and nothing was ever a problem.

Seamless process from start to finish, car in stock so circa six weeks from quote to delivery, probably quicker if i hadn't been on holiday. Can't fault the customer service from David and the team at Lease4Less. Communication second to none, answers to all my questions / enquiries within 24 hours or less. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends, will be be back when this lease runs out.

So far everything has been very simple and straightforward, it's an efficient service and James Rushton has done everything he's said.

Horrible experience dealing with this lease firm, ordered a new car in January with a delivery date of early May, Car never arrived and despite repeated calls for an update nothing forthcoming, In July had to cancel the order as current lease had already been extended twice, They are now pursuing me for a £700 cancellation fee, for which I have had to engage a solicitor. Cowboys beware.

Laura is always attentive and delivers what we ask of her. She also offers special deals to widen our search. She is thorough, quick, assertive and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend and have dealt with numerous lease companies.
