right now im doing the gold card package finished level 2 got the qualification and the certificate currently completing my 18th edition the sales team are helpful samuel and james. and my teacher paul.

Did the 2391-52 course, passed the theory the first time and now trying to book my practical is an absolute joke. I arranged to have it booked right after my theory exam, and they were supposed to send me a confirmation email of the date and time. Email never sent, so I called up to ask when it would be, then to be fobbed off and asked to call a few days later. call up on the specified date, they still can't give me an answer on when my practical test is, bearing in mind this course cost me £1050, I would expect better service, and now over a month later from my theory test, I still have no clue when my practical test is supposed to be. This delay cost me multiple job offers, so I'm absolutely LIVID

I paid a lot of money for this course, and it has been an absolute rip-off from start to finish. There was hardly any practical work provided, and despite being promised support to complete the portfolio (which is essential to gain the qualification), I received next to no help. They also claimed they would help students get into work – another lie.

To make matters worse, they recently sent an email stating that the course we completed is no longer even recognised! I’ve called multiple times to try to resolve this, and every time I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever has. It’s the same story for everyone in my class – we’ve all been left high and dry with nothing to show for the time and money we invested.

I will be seeking legal advice to recover my money. Stay well away from this company – they take your money and give you nothing in return.

It was a great experience doing the Inspection and Testing course at LTS. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and education. I look forward to undertaking other courses at this establishment.
