Idris is a great instructor, I hadn’t driven for a few years when we started lessons and i’ve passed within only a few months! Thank you :))

Constantly sending me useful youtube videos and checking up on things I wasn’t sure about before the test. We did an intensive course and weekly lessons afterwards.

Super helpful and good at calming my nerves before the test.

I Passed my test first time with Idris , without any minors, due to his excellent tuition.
I did his 5 day extensive course, there is absolutely no way I could have passed without his patience, skill, knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement. He went above and beyond, in all areas. After each lesson he also sent videos, maps and good driving tips for me to study.
I recommend him 100%

Idris was lovely. I wouldn’t have passed without him. Really made sure I was safe on the road. I have recommended lots of people now. Best driving instructor ever.

I honestly cannot recommend Idris at Learn Intensive Driving School enough.

Before this week, I hadn’t had any proper driving lessons since I was 16. My first ever instructor shouted at me because I couldn’t understand the gears, and it completely knocked my confidence. I walked away believing driving just wasn’t for me.

I’m now 33 years old and finally decided to do an intensive course because I want to be able to drive my son to college and give him that independence.

On my first day I was an absolute bag of nerves. I was overheating, my left leg wouldn’t stop shaking, and I honestly thought I was going to struggle all week. But within just a few hours, Idris completely changed that.

He has such a calm, patient way of teaching. He never made me feel stupid, never got frustrated, and if I didn’t understand something one way, he’d explain it differently until it finally clicked.

What really stood out was how visual his teaching style is. We’d get out of the car and physically look at where I’d parked. We’d walk to roundabouts so he could explain traffic flow in real life. He used drawings as well as diagrams, and everything was broken down in a way that made sense to me.

I learn visually, and I think I probably have ADHD, so this teaching style worked perfectly for me. Idris might not even realise it, but he has a real talent for adapting his teaching to the person sitting beside him.

A huge thank you also goes to his daughter, who joined us throughout the week as she’s training to become a driving instructor herself. Having another calm, supportive person in the car really helped build my confidence. It also meant that I got used to driving with passengers, which has made me feel much more confident about having my own son in the car when I pass my test.

The difference between Monday morning and the end of the week is unbelievable. I honestly feel like two different people. I went from being terrified of driving to driving confidently, and that’s completely down to Idris and the way he teaches.

I’ve already told him that in a couple of years, when my autistic son starts learning to drive, I’d love Idris to teach him too. That says everything about how much I trust him.

He’s even going to give me a couple of refresher lessons before my practical test, which means I don’t have to start all over again with someone new.

Thank you, Idris, for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. You haven’t just taught me how to drive—you’ve given me confidence that I honestly thought I’d never have. I’ll always be grateful for this week, and I couldn’t recommend you and Learn Intensive Driving School more highly.

Idris is one of a kind!! If you want to pass your test he will make it his priority to make you safe while getting you test ready!!

My instructor, Idris, was incredibly supportive throughout my learning experience. I was very nervous going into my test, but he helped me stay calm and reassured me every step of the way.
One technique he taught me—speaking out loud about what I was doing while driving—really helped manage my anxiety and kept me focused during the test.

I did a 7 day intensive course as having small amount of lessons previously and having anxiety and was a bit reluctant to retry for lessons but after a few lessons and a helping lesson right before the test I passed first time Idris helped me by going through things until I understood them and also helped me by doing loads of mock tests to calm the nerves he’s a great driving instructor I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a confident instructor and informative

Idris has been fantastic! He has been a kind, patient and compassionate instructor for our daughter who can’t praise him highly enough. She has just passed first time and is over the moon. She has ADHD and says that idris has a way of explaining things that just work for her brain and learning style. Thank you idris!

From day one, he has been incredibly kind, respectful, and supportive. He really knows how to pinpoint your weaknesses and explain them clearly, helping you focus on exactly what you need to improve in order to pass. He is very friendly, and every lesson was calm, comfortable, and well structured.

I came to my first lesson extremely anxious about passing my test. I had 10 intensive lessons with him in the week leading up to my first test. Although I didn’t pass the first time due to nerves, he was very encouraging. Before my second test, I had just one more lesson where we worked specifically on my major fault, and I passed.

He is like a brother for us and our familu instructor. Me and my husband both got training from idris brother and passed test. He give us training on same route and our test map was also same as he give us training.

I would like to right a honest review about this driving school. First of all the team has helped me get the suitable course for my needs. I have had previous lessons from a different company but I was not happy with them. after a friend of mine recommended me Idris I decided to take a 40 hour course with him. With his help and guidance I passed first time at Kingswood test centre this Friday. He has always stayed calm and very friendly with me as I am a very anxious person but he really did help me and understood me and made it nice and clear for me to learn. He was always patient with me and always listened to me when I always asked him questions. Thank you very much idris I highly recommend idris instructor

I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Idris. His teaching skills are excellent — he was always patient, supportive, and encouraging. Whenever I made mistakes, we would stop, discuss what went wrong, and practice again until I fully understood it.
Thanks to his clear guidance, I passed my driving test on my first attempt! He also provided additional learning materials to help me become a more confident and responsible driver. We practiced on the actual test routes, which made a huge difference, and we even did mock tests to prepare thoroughly.
Even after two years of driving, I still remember and apply what I learned in his lessons. I’ve become a careful and confident driver because of his training.

Managed to get paired with Idris which was a godsend. Idris knows his stuff, put me at ease with what I needed to learn to pass my test whilst being a safe driver and SMASHED my test on my first attempt!!

I had never driven before and was extremely nervous to start, but Idris was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when I made mistakes, and was always happy to explain things more than once for me. He also has great banter! Highly recommend!!

Idris was an amazing driver, I passed first time and he had dedicated so much energy into choosing times that worked for me, also all of his tools and demonstrations helped me as a visual learner. The vehicle was perfect to drive in as a first time driver and I couldn’t have passed first time without his specific help. I’m so grateful to him.
