Leadenhall have done an excellent job dealing with the conveyancing on the sale of our BTL flat recently. They were quick to answer the phone, helpful, professional and have good conveyancing software so you have regular progress reports and access to all your documents.

The whole process was smooth and very well organised from start to finish. Abby and Anisha were both fantastic — efficient, quick to respond and always kept me updated on where things were. If I had a question, I never had to wait long for an answer, which makes such a difference during what can normally be a stressful process.

One of the things I really liked was the online system they use. Being able to log in and see documents, updates and progress in one place was brilliant. It meant I wasn’t constantly waiting around for emails or wondering what stage things were at.

Sam Mullins was great careing and made us feel welcome .We had problems initially with emails asking us to send forms which we had allready sent and the whole thing felt disjointed at times.We were asked to pay extra monies 3 times which had never been mentioned (we were on a fixed price ) this is London office.

Jasmyn was fantastic for us throughout the buying and selling process, helped us with any questions we had immediately, and kept us up to date at all times on both the buying and selling process. Jasmyn (and Dally who helped towards completion) were both prompt on the phone or email with any questions we had, and updates from buyer/seller solicitors throughout. We didn’t have to chase once throughout the process and we felt we were fully up to date at all times, particularly in the run up to exchange, agreeing a completion date and on completion date itself. Offer to Completion was just over 2 months and fell over Christmas, so it was a very quick process but we never felt pressured on either side of the transaction, felt fully supported throughout by Jasmyn and Dally, who helped make it a relatively stress free process!

My fiance and I have just purchased our first home, expertly guided through the process by Leadenhall law group conveyancing services. I felt Leadenhall looked after my best interests throughout the process of selling my first flat from the beginning to the end. Johnny and Georgia were always cool even when a buyer pulled out after so much work at a last minute.

Abi and Anisha kept us informed the whole time. it wasn't a fast or easy process but due to circumstances out of their control so not a criticism. We felt the advice they gave us was honest and in depth and helped us make decision. Would use them again (but hopefully not any time soon!)

All started well but we received no completion statement, got an unwelcome will from HMRC as they filed for stamp duty twice and there were issues registering title.

Seemed to give up after they had been paid.

Will not use again.

Due to our buyer's last minute urgent requirement to exchange and then complete 5 days later, there was a bit of a last minute dash to finalise the transaction - our conveyancing executive JL was excellent, my wife and I are very grateful.

I've bought and sold three properties and therefore used five different solicitor companies. Leadenhall, and particularly my team of Jasmyn Chana and Dally Rashid, were by far the best.
