I would advise anyone considering this company to do their due diligence before signing up. Check Companies House, look at how many reviews they have, and make your own decision.
I had an onboarding call with Joe, the director, where we went through my requirements in detail. We discussed my expectations, the services I wanted, the areas I wanted to target, and the type of website I was expecting. I was assured that none of this would be a problem and that everything could be completed within seven days.
I supplied numerous before-and-after project photographs for them to use on the website. However, many of these were ignored and replaced with generic stock images that weren't even relevant to the services being advertised. The hero banner on the homepage used a photograph I had provided, but they placed the contact form directly over me in the image, making it look very unprofessional.
Despite agreeing my target service areas during the onboarding call, the website was built using the wrong locations. I simply asked for a few images to be replaced with the ones I had already supplied, as they were relevant to my business and showcased my actual work. I was then told this was "outside their scope", which I found unbelievable considering these were basic changes. I was also told that a proper bespoke website would cost £2,000–£3,000.
Rather than correcting the mistakes, I was told, "Sorry, I think it's best we part ways."
I've been in business for over 20 years and have worked with many marketing companies. This is one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The project felt rushed, communication was poor, and I don't feel the final website reflected my business or the information I provided.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would encourage anyone considering them to research thoroughly before committing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We'd like to offer some context for anyone reading.
For the record, this client was never charged a penny. After around seven days of working together, we took the decision to part ways before any payment was requested. This was based on the working relationship and a growing number of requests that fell outside the service we offer.
When we referred to work being "out of scope," we were specifically talking about requests for bespoke lead-generation funnels: custom qualifying questions for downloading guides, automated booking systems, and one-click download PDF he wanted on the site. Our specialism is building websites for trades businesses that rank in the top three on Google and gets the calls and quotes. The advanced funnel, qualifying logic and automation work being asked for isn't a service we provide.
Given the direction the project was taking, we felt the honest and fair thing to do was to part ways rather than deliver something outside our expertise. We invested a considerable amount of time in calls and built a full website, all at no cost to the client.
We wish them the best in finding a provider better suited to their needs.

Would highly recommend using lead advisor 100%, they set up the website for me and it’s great. They also set me up on google and it’s gone from strength to strength.
You get the 5 star service on every phone or zoom call. So easy to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough.
